What do you recommend doing on kovaaks for aim like this?

If youre completely new to aimtraining start by doing fundamental tracking playlists like "e1se tracking routine" found in aimerz+ discord. After youve mastered the fundamentals you can move on to some harder playlists like "trippez smooth reactivity". He has an entire document with all of his playlists on his twitter @TrippezBtY.

If its comfy for you and you dont perform worse aim wise Id say go for it. Its good in games where you can utilize the scroll wheel like with movement tech in apex etc.
