Sorry can you explain when you say one single crochet increase and decrease what does that mean?
a single crochet increase is where you put two single crochets into one stitch. With a decrease, you insert your hook into your stitch, pull through your yarn, then insert your hook into the next stitch, pull through, you should have 3 loops on your hook, then you yarn over pull your yarn through all.
