Hey there Fenyutas - Thanks for this video. Heating up a knife isn't something I had thought of doing. I myself have a wall wart that I need to crack open, to fix a wiring issue. Anyways, I'm definitely going to use this process when I go to crack mine open, but I have 1 question, which I noticed someone else asked already but it didn't look like a "real" answer was provided...my question is: When closing/sealing the wall wart back up, what process did/do you use to make sure that it STAYS closed? I was thinking maybe either some Super/Nail Glue, or maybe some Epoxy, or even some Gorilla Glue. Any thoughts/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
Thanks man, seems too fiddly and too much work for me lol 😁, smh just wish they had screws or snap clips to pry. I have a heat gun and a box cutter so looks like I'm doing this.
Just play the video in reverse to see how it's done! ...seriously though, I think you would have to use some glue, like Gorilla Glue, or something that works with plastic. Or wrap black electrical tape around the unit, covering the crack, and maybe a wrap around the other way to hold it more firmly.
Dude maybe you can shorten the video's duration by skipping the heating part. It looks like youre going to show complicated and long steps but it just you heating the knife and cutting the adapter open.

Dear friends to open any sealed items like any chargers put NC Thinner around 5 to 10 m on the jointed layer leave for 2 minutes then hit with a smal hammer joints will be opened

+Johnny English, PhD - Friction tape would be better. Electrical tape tends to shrink and unravel in such a situation.
