The announcer didn't seem to realize that Toby's last "5" was because Toby had killed the engine, and was trying to RE-START the bike while in that precarious position. I had to look at that part again.
Toby BEAT Bou at a small indoor trial a number of weeks ago, winning it.

I watched again after reading your post. Yep! He was trying to re-start the bike. I probably would have caught the first time if the announcer wasn't blabbing so much. Good call!
