All that said, I have to join all other voices that says the mask should go out. I understand the concept, but it does more harm than good, facial expressions is important for a singer and its a part of the visual presentation of the song, the mask kills that.
This is the band that toured live... and with an unmasked Lilith, I agree I don´t see the need for the mask. We all already know that this is a project where any member can be replaced. What I find appealing is the music and the teatrical concept, if the change the front girl every now and then, as long as she´s a great singer I don´t see that as a issue.

The Choir, 'The Dark Messiah,' and by 'Lilith's singing are all FANTASTIC! Bravo on that! For music video, this is impressive. I got to appreciate the Deep performances in the video. I love how DOGMA ladies brought the Light Messiah to life, just like Madonna's original music video of her song. It pays a good tribute there.
