How to Make NPCs for Tabletop RPGs

Do you want to know a method to create better NPCs? More detailed characters with better fleshed out history, personality and much more for your D&D or other TTRPG games? In this video I present a 3 Tier method for NPC creation that adds on levels of detail with each step!
Hopefully, this will help to get your own minds running on what methods you would like to use yourselves! Also, remember to keep all notes on NPCs even over campaigns for future use! You can always repurpose them even if they don't seem to be your best work!
