I too have a an overjet and a severe TMJ issues since 10+ years my surgeon told me that I need a total joint replacement surgery for Both the sides of my jaw joints and he also said that my lower jaw has went further back then it was after comparing my new images to my previous images which is causing me breathing problems lately.

This is me. I've just learned to move my jaw forward when taking pictures so I don't end up with that double chin look. I'm worried about losing sensation in my face if I get surgery.
