Catfish is one of my favorite fish to eat. Those catfish nuggets look delicious. When I was a mere lad, every now and then we would have a big family klan Sunday fish fry with all of the blue channel catfish and frog legs from frog gigging that my uncle, brother, and I set out in our boat to the river to set out throw lines to catch the catfish....and frog gigging in the middle of the night. But anyway, those big family Sunday fish fries were some of the best fish-eating that I've ever had. Mmmmmmm
I must be loosing my marbles. Why didn't I think of this... Dahh! We don't have catfish in Australia. But being the world's largest island, we're surrounded by ocean so there's plenty of fish to choose from. Barramundi would work well here. Thanks for the idea. Cheers Melanie 👍🤤😀

Hello where can I buy cat fish nuggets ?
I get them in the local ethnic supermarket. If you can't find them, you can use this recipe with other types of fish
