my absolute favorite coaster of all time. i've been on bigger, taller, faster coasters but this was my very first "big boy" ride. i went to knott's once or twice before i ever got on a coaster but in the early 90's knott's was like $10 entry price for kids so we went pretty much at least once a year and it wasn't until my mom's friend and her kids came along one year that i got on. they were around my age and they were like "that one" so i got peer pressured on. peer pressure is the greatest roller coaster of all time. i mean, boomerang.
I just looked it up. The blue and white looks better than the colors right now but I like the purple and green color scheme the best in my opinion. The green looks ugly on the coaster now

Boomerang's been at Knotts since 1990. First the Parachute ride in 1999 n now Boomerang. The new coaster should take riders upside down 8 times and get painted Green or build an new inverted Boomerang.

This was my first roller coster ride ever and let me tell you nothing will ever prepare for you for the feeling a coster will give you. I was going expecting to be no more thrilling than making a hard turn in a car boy was I wrong. I made a bet with a friend that I wasnt going yell a thing when I went on. Haha coulsnt stop screaming. Man I love roller coasters tho.
Which was one was scarier in ur opinion? I was terrified on this ride because of the hang time, but I think the replacement ride the hang time doesn’t seem as long as this one if you can clarify
I guess the rumors last year were true, Boomerang will be leaving Knotts after its final run on April 23. The rides been at the park since 1990 and 27 years is a long time, but I don't think the people who grew up with Boomerang in the 90's and 00's are ready to say Goodbye.
I never got a chance the ride it. I went to Knott’s Berry Farm once and I was going to ride it, but it was closed. I’m very disappointed that the Boomerang is no longer there. If I was able to go back in time and ride it, I would. I’m glad my friend Jason rode it and I’m happy for him. I look forward to Hang Time though.
This was my first roller coaster xD good times... The feeling of going backwards was terrible though xD I was like 8 when I first ride it and now at 15 I rode it again xD the backwards feeling gave me a headache 😂 still an amazing ride
i remember i used to love this ride until a few years ago, when i was on it the worker checked my restraint, and said it was good, halfway through the freaking restraint came undone and i was panicking the rest of the ride holding it down and thinking i was gonna die. i told one of the workers and they said “oh, my bad” that was the worst experience ever on that ride and i hate it ever since then.
CT- 5385 Love Six Flags. Just went a month ago and went on all the biggest rides it had. It is great. I'll give Knotts some credit too though for not being as corny as it once was.
Trick on this ride was to sit in the back seat. Firstly, you fall farther in the first drop. More importantly, going backwards in loops is always an awkward feeling, but the back seat amplied this feeling. Plus you get to watch the whole tram in front of you going backwards, following you. It's super weird and rather incredible.
Boomerang 5 times last weeks record is no more. Finished creating a new record. I just got done riding Boomerang 10 times in 2 hours. Leaving Knotts to recover, anyone up for the challenge lol.

Nah, it was a poor fit for the park. It was also a rougher example of a Boomerang. There are 55 other Boomerangs out there you can ride if you want.

One of the best boomerangs are at Hershey Park!! The restraints are HEAD-BANGING-proof. I got to enjoy it in the back and Front. Back is more intense
