That first challenge is clever. I tried making one showcasing the exact same gimmick but my issue was that a 000 super with a camo pot at the start would always beat whatever regrows I threw at it because of the regrow bug, and you need super enabled in order to use Geraldo's cape. Never thought of using Infernal to counteract that.

It’s been buffed and reworked so much yet no one uses it:/
Edit: Used it to solo up to R48 in Spring Spring in Contested Territory with Camo Trap. It’s not bad by any means, but never go middle path. It’s horrible because the freeze sentries are really bad when engi can’t pop them.
