- A Senior officer from the Metropolitan Police makes an arrest opposite Downing Street as other officers carry arrested Just Stop Oil protester to a police van.
The Chief Inspector is only there because it is Downing St, you normally never see senior officers on the streets.
No, he’s there because he’s a serial commander.
Agree
What do you mean there all sat on there asses in cosy offices with there heads up there asses😊😊😊😊
Indeed, Chief Inspectors are usually fannying about.
How come they can’t remove the climate protestors
That quickly
Because climate protesters are middle class.
Because he's not glued to the road 😂😂😂
Maybe because they've got a real point, although a weird way to protest the slow death of the planet we need to live on.
@@markc7440 don't you guys across the pond have commerse interfierence laws? in the states if you stop traffic you are not leagally considered a protester; (which we and i'm guessing you also have a right to) you now qualify as an unlawful assembler. illeagal.
Love how there's a few police and an inspector at downing Street they don't appear in any other place in Britain
What are you on about? There’s always plod everywhere, mostly doing nothing
@@ozbolli l don't know where you live but we only see them when they are going for breakfast or there's a murder and there hasn't been a murder for years
@@fredwaller5045 oh right well we see them all the time
Except where frauditors are.
@@nathansmith7153 fraudsters in good old Britain I can't believe it unless of course you come from Liverpool
Mouthpiece on benefits 🙄
@Jesus Jones Maybe don't read the bible again.
I agree, that chief inspector is a mouthpiece on benefits.

Interesting to see an older copper enforcing the law, when the younger ones seem to want to reason with the disruptive protesters.
Reason means less paperwork lol
@@markc7440 They've not learnt yet they don't respond to reason.
All a little confused, was bobble hat man a just oil protester? If he was, can we have exactly the same action in the same manner /body language administered to every other just oil protester
I’m pretty sure he was arrested for interfering with police in performance of their duty.
(Should be more of it)!
Did any one see the dust coming off those cuffs.....
😂😂
😂
Lmao
*They should be throwing them into the van, not gently placing them in there.*
Well done the boys in blue, good collar...
The rest of them standing about going ... " ooh, so that's how an arrest works ".
You don't know how right you are, years ago he would have be nicked so quick, nice warm canteen to write your notes, cuppa tea, lovely.
You can't teach it. T.J.F.
Look at who they’re arresting in the first few seconds, that’s the SAME woman that threw tomato soup on the Art recently. How does she keep getting released from being arrested again and again.
cause they are only being '''arrested ''for tv consumption...they release them just down the road a wee way
She must know nyc Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg lol 😂
Dude in the bobble hat obviously used the incorrect pronouns.
Or maybe he was blocking an Ambulance with someone dying inside 🤔
Dude made the mistake of getting involved instead of clearing off and allowing plod to remove the debris from the road.
@@TEMPLAR969He was arrested for exercising his free speech ,by telling the Inspector to "F**k off!!" ,the Inspector got offended and abused his position/power ,there are other angles of this arrest.
😂😂😂
The just stop oil protesters seem greasy. Ironic!
slick pun
All those scruffy dossers blocking traffic should have their benefits stopped.
What was that cretin mouthing off about in the the back ground towards the end ? Sounds like he’s got a bit of a chip on his shoulder .
Hope the DWP are making notes. Spoilt middle class mammy's boy will be ringing home for help ,sure his mammy will pick him up in the Range Rover later
Good about time we cracked down on these weirdos disturbing people's daily lives no right to cause chaos
"Wearing a hat without a 🌈rainbow"...
I'm no massive fan of the police but prats like that guy who he pulled away & arrested as well as that guy calling the officer a disgrace are the worst. They think they can make a nuisance of themselves & be disrespectful because the police are civil servants & they think they should just put up with it. Nah, mate, the Inspector handled it perfectly.
These people are a pain in the neck, and a waste of police time.
The economy relies on oil, natural gas and coal.
This was on RUclips yesterday, he told the copper to F Off! 😊
Been arrested for it myself, and it was fair enough. Being rude and aggressive I was. Long time ago. But , fair enough.
Same thing happened to me in toronto . I spent a night in jail . I was a drunk jerk.
3 pips on his shoulder boards. Deffo a chief Inspector. Unarmed met police
More of the same please!
Arresting people for not obstructing arrest in the slightest and standing on a public street talking to police officers? Is that a good society to live in?
Good, decisive action.
he wont get charged with anything, waste of polices time shud have just moved him away from the vehicle then ignored him
Excellent! Cops sorted out that numpty a treat.
This is just getting ridiculous. They should fine them a 1000 pounds each time they do this.
Why?Because they want to fight so our children and grandchildren can have a half decent world to live in?
it reminds me of how they dealt with the miners
Whow ... So many officers ... Where are they in the rest of the country ... The fact that only 5% of crimes are solved should be being shouted across the nation , or at least broadcast by the mass media
Make him commissioner of police… top man, no pissing around.👍
Did any bootlickers on here notice the nasty smirk on that wpc,s face when the man was being illegally manhandled roughly? Have some on here conveniently forget that the whole of the metropolitan police force has been placed on special measures for institutionalized corruption, and that tyrant is still showing the public that it's still happening? BACK THE BLUE UNTIL IT HAPPENS TO YOU. 🤯🤡🐷🥓😡
Leading by example.
Free phone call..don't worry mum I will be out in 20 minutes
A senior officer caught working, wow
Old Bill is Old Bill !

Should arrest all the Stop Oil protesters and jail them.
How are they so many police for one man yet people getting stayed and robbed everywhere and no police in sight when it the public...despicable.
Police do your job everywhere not just Downing street.
That's how the old POLICE would have handled all these nutty protesters but not as gentle 😂😂😂😂🇺🇦
Never Trust anyone with a Beard. Section 27 & 28 rent boys and Child love?
I am shocked, Pold actually doing some Policing for a change and not just making cups of tea for protesters.
I can't believe the wooden tops not nicking him, once the Gov had to speak to him that should be enough, someone should of had him away Words will be had. I bet.
Hello hello hello, what's going on here then?
I thought the police were short staffed.?.
Well done Ch. Inspector. Leading from the front 👏👏👏

Maybe England needs this now. I don't know .
Inspector gadget with the support of his pals.
Good to see the Police getting heavy handed with these clowns. I only hope the courts come down hard as well.
Lower ranks take note that’s how it’s done but it should be everywhere not just downing st
How many of those cops English?
At first it looked like the bearded bespectacled asian police force!!
If they were born in England all of them
I don't believe it they must be actors

Wow a real policeman slipped through the net. If it was anywhere else he would be kneeling down.......
Making arrests outside Downing St/Govt-buildings but not that much in middle of roads, blocking traffic and violating highway laws.
Makes a change they normally ask them if they want a cup of tea
At least the police officers look suitably diverse.
Did anyone see a man in a orange vest take or give something to the guy being carried away?
Lawyers contact number probably. Snowflake and snowflake, I think they are called.

Political activists get plenty of police attention. Not so much criminals.
Four plus police officers to arrest one unarmed individual. Really doing us proud there.
Should the others of stood around and watched ? 🤡
Ha ha they where protecting him from the people baying for his blood has your mummy done your hit chocolate and biscuits before she tucks your in with your Teddy 🧸

Now he is going to be the Police Commissioner.
ah mind their orange nylon jackets made from oil and their pvc banners made from oil
They must not be in work plenty time on there hands these that protests.
Its a shame the good coppers get promoted to office jobs. We need more like this senior officer pounding the beat.
How many cops so basically it's cost the tax payers how much to arrest that guy no wonder the country is fucked up .
They can arrest a protester in Downing Street, but the police say they don't have the powers to do this in public streets as they could be charged with assault. GO FIGURE
How comes they don’t do that to the just oil freaks ?
About time--- the police & full force of the law should be used to arrest these morons for inconveniencing & disrupting innocent motorists, passengers on buses/taxis trying to get to work or home
Nice to see an officer of rank getting stuck in for once. Lead from the front.
They cant let sunak see them standing by and chatting to them cant they
Probably the first arrest he's made in decades 😂
what no tea and biscuits !
We do not see a man of his rank doing this . Wow . Maybe they are going to start doing their jobs now !
More use off the night stick sir
One for the camera's.
Shame they ain't as quick else where with these dogs damaging things and holding up the general public.
His "Macarena" dance wasn't up to standard, hence the arrest. 🙂
Smoke and mirrors
Finally the police are acting like policemen and arresting these PROVOCATEUR'S!!!
Obviously not a Just Stop Oil protest.
Punching above their weight arnt they
That's very rare..... usually when they get above Sgt they 'loose' their power of arrest......
Bollocks 😄
Wo!…There’s something you don’t see very often..A police officer getting stuck in and making an arrest 😬
Protesting oil???
So THAT'S what Chief Inspectors are for!!!!!

Not actually a "Senior officer".... he's got two pips on underneath on the shirt epaulettes, as such he'd ordinarily be an "Inspector". The yellow ones usually designate a role given for a specific event, so for this event he might be acting as the Chief inspector but when not on AID up town he's actually inspector level... not massively high or particularly senior.
No, that was a Chief Inspector. Coloured epaulettes are a means of identifying supervising officers when policing Public Order events. Yellow denotes a senior officer (Chief Inspector and above), Red an Inspector and white a Sergeant.
