I don't recommend shutting down 😅 volleyball is 100% a team sport and though it's common advice, it's really important!

Hey!! I just got home from my volleyball game, we unfortunately lost and we went to 3 games (I'm in middle school), but I'm extremely proud of myself because I had a 11 aces! If your not koko and you don't know what a ace is it means I served 11 times and got them all over and earned the point, I served 9 times in a row! Then the other 3 I served the 3rd game. I am the caption of the team, and I'm extremely proud of my team, we all did awesome but we just didn't do enough to win against the other team😊, we just have to work hard in practice and go win next week 😚,
that is exactly what happened to me today besides the serves!

Hey coach Koko thanks to your advice a few years ago my jump is around 2 ft 5 inches now and my jump serve is pretty strong and good now.
(I had a bone related injury so I couldn't play or train for a year)

✋🏻 totally on the spandex pants. Sadly they're not made for people with big 🍑. A size up means very loose waist and just fitting on the thigh area. OR it fits the waist but keeps rolling upppp 🙄

The sports bra one reminds me of this one time I forgot to get one on, I had this Victoria’s Secret bra on, and it ended up being a huge distraction to me. The reason for that is because the front would snap every time I would make a small movement.

Hey Coach Koko! Quick question since I just joined my schools volleyball team and I’ve never played for a team before. Is it necessary to have Spandex? I’ve tried Spandex on at stores and I just don’t feel comfortable in them since they are short shorts.
Hi I have a question bc I’m gonna be on two spring volleyball teams at the same time and I’ve been able to pretty much perfect everything except for my serve. My serve is really inconsistent getting over the net and I feel like it’s not strong enough. My form is right, like I step into the serve and throw it in the right spot and I think hitting it is just the problem!! Can you please help??!?!!
i've seen a lot of pepole that can't serve consistently, i've like a 90% chance of success with my serve so let me give u some tips based on what i've seen :)
1- make sure you hit the ball in the highest spot that your arm can reach
2- the hand need to be hard and firm, it needs to be stronger than the ball
3- you can choose to have a firm arm or to relax it (i prefer this one cause it works better on pepole who struggle to make it pass) and do a whip like thing
4- don't set your ball too high, it takes speed towards the ground and it's really hard to make it a good serve
5-ENERGY, VIOLENCE, charge with your whole body to make sure that all your strength finishes on the ball, even if it can happen that it looks slow anyway it becomes harder to receive so it's worth a try
6- DON'T STOP YOUR ARM AFTER HITTING THE BALL, it ruins all the energy thing, just go all the way down yout your hitting arm after hitting, just don't stop it, i've seen perfect forms and sets ruined by just this fact
I'm going to assume you're doing everything right with the form and everything, I like to hit it from the bottom at an angle that will propell it across the net but it will be very high so there's no chance that it could fall short and even if you don't tike it correctly if you hit it hard enough it will still go over

Yall, the clean ur bottle tip is vv true!! I forgot to wash my bottle once and then I used it and got sick for 1 day and 1 night. (Worst time of my life ngl right beside food poisoning)

..& earrings.. oh.. I played w/ women that have on regular fashion earrings.. 🤔 it's like what are you doing?..
I've played w/ some younger girls, & I had to tell her to watch her shirt, {really I meant her breast} bc she had on a tank top😗
..& the socks thtz me all the time, but I don't let it distract me, I fix it afterwards. {I think I've gotten tht together tho}
One of my biggest distraction is my hairrrr..
sometimes it's up, & sometimes I'm trying to be cute; i'ma work on that.
My other biggggest distraction is.. my shoe laces.. their so long.. & I'm constantly tucking them n my shoes.😐
I don't want to double tie, I'm afraid of maybe tripping over them, bc they will become untied.
What happens if your hair is short? Do I keep it down or do I put it up?
