Thank you, and yes quagmire deadly swamp cog can proc. Same with other cog skills like meteor boost, lightning bolt protocol, etc. I use deadly swamp to initiate first because it casts fast and is AOE dmg. Build also works on GF setup (shown on my other video) but I'm not GCDR spec and I prefer 3 card slots vs. 2 (hunter fly card never leaves my weapon in PvE lol)

Hmmmm... for the average person probably not? I didn't really use BK card until I fully committed to proc builds, there are more important cards to prioritize over BK so I'd focus on this first if you dont have them yet

BK card got 'fixed' on our most recent patch update, no longer spams meteor as shown on my video 🥲 Which makes Pitman the main star of the proc city build again, lol.
Proc city is still good, higher dps output if combined with GF or MC builds. I still use BK card over my second 3* Pitman when I can because it adds an additional layer of proc sustain w/ meteor cog.

Hi, it doesn't seem like an error, more of bad description? What I noticed is that the cooldown applies based on the target hit. I can't confirm for this to be the intended mechanic but: So if I hit mob A with lightning bolt proc on marin card #1, it can't proc again on mob A for 2 seconds. However, marin card #2, #3, and #4 can still proc on it. Similarly, if I proc meteor storm on mob A, it can also proc for mob B, mob C, etc. Another theory is, the cooldown applies to whatever skill procs it. So.. if I use quagmire and magic crasher to trigger a lightning bolt #1, the cooldown applies to quagmire and magic crasher, but then those skills can also proc other skill procs, like meteor storm, or lightning bolt #2, #3, #4, or fire ball, or ice bolt, or heaven's drive. Those skill procs can also proc other skills, so on and so forth.
@@CrimsonLofi Thanks for the explanation. Another theory maybe because skills or equipments that reduce CD also apply to this card’s skill. This build is insane, I think it’ll awesome in PVP, especially in WOE / large scale PVP.
@@goldrabbit293 Possible, but unlikely, because on the video I showcased I was wearing magic tide set + mighty staff, which gave me the least amount of GCDR (global cooldown reduction) It's definitely viable for WoE, but on other smaller scale PvP modes, not so much (at least with my current stats. PvP spec mages on the other hand can def make it work). 3 weapon card slots are def. recommended for this build, meaning no thorn staff of darkness + shield, and it'll be difficult to be lethal without sacrificing a proc card. My sentiments on PvP would be less RNG = better. Proc city build is pure RNG but when you get it rolling, it'll be very disruptive lol. You'll also need to have a reliable tank + healer, because you need to be close to the mobs to trigger procs (within casting range of the non-proc skill). If you walk too far back, the procs won't trigger, so you need to be able to stay close to the front.

sure thing, 2 reasons: - lvl 2 lightning bolt proc from marin card can trigger lightning bolt protocol cog skill (which has decent dmg multiplier and proc rate on dimik/smeldon x4) which in turn can also trigger the other proc cards (pitman, red aster, bk) - can proc from both physical and magic damage, whereas wind ghost is bottlenecked to physical damage source only

@@rezams1 Sropho only activates from physical damage, meaning magic crasher and basic attacks. Pitman can activate from both physical damage and magic damage, meaning magic crasher and other proc skills like meteor, lightning bolt, waterball, etc so it is easier to chain proc. Hope that helps :)

(Because the new server will only released classes until 2-1 I am planning on playing High Wizard until Professor is released on the SEA server. Hi, I think it's always important for HWiz to have a good GF preset. I still use pure GF for my CT, it's the best CT tool in the game in my opinion. Re-gearing for Wiz > Sage will be something you need to deal with later on anyway, as they utilize different weapon types. You could use sprint set while transitioning into magic tide set anyway so it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

If card proc effect does not specify "physical damage" (like wind ghost, orc archer, dark lord, etc) or "magic damage", then it means it can proc from any damage skill (like BK card).

But I've got a paladin that gets hit frequently enough that it IF the cooldown were per attacker, rather than per defender it could go off frequently enough to be worth equipping? I know the Infernal Pony's holy light Proc barely tickles, but that's single target and Matk based. Alarm is AoE with no cooldown, but I presume that's matk based too.

Ayy congrats, bk isn't limited to MC only. I think currently it works better on a full MS build (w dark lord illu, meteor boost protocol etc)

Focus on your gravity field build first. Proc city build isn't as good as pure GF build for CT.

Sage = High/Fast single target dps, Slow AOE
Hwiz = High/Fast AOE, low single target DPS
Sage is more PVP oriented, Hwiz is more PVE oriented
