The fight is really accessible, at the end of the day, only limited weapons are both Aerith weapons that are must pull by definition and everyone should have taken them both by default because we kill ourselves telling people to focus on support for account optimisation everyone else is whishlist, (and thus time) Tifa costume can be skipped if you have the weapons OB6/10 I managed to clear it first run after opening sequence, everything in my fight is random play first time adaptation
I agree. And if you have Bahamut Cheese sword, the fight is even more accessible, as you bypass all the elemental mechanics and defences of the fight, as you do fixed damage, even in defence stance, so you just go ham aoe and make sure Barret and Aerith keep people alive.

@@TeamSteelSky I made a video showcasing this strategy for both EX1 and EX2. What you practically do is, you have summons on Barret and Cloud (Ifrit on Barret as he is weaker and Cloud is our main DPS). You can use those to keep the bar in check, they are enough so that we don’t proc the enrage sequence. ;) As for damage, due to Cloud doing fixed 20/30/40k depending upon the ob of his weapon, we don’t particularly even care about the rest of the DPS, he bypasses the bosses physical and magical resistances and we don’t need to set up our attack path. We just spam. Granted, if you don’t have high enough ob on Cloud’s weapon this strategy might take longer so you might end up having an issue with the bar, but I think if Bahamut sword is ob6+ this should not be a problem. I am certain Janille can replicate it as well, and use the same setup, as we don’t change anything essentially on our Barret and Aerith support. They are just there to keep us alive.

Yeah don't worry about it, you will have shell knuckles in due time. Also Cloud works the same way as Tifa if you have his fire + water blades! And yeah this fight is doable without limited and even with Matt instead of Aerith by the looks of it, I will work on this and try to clear this during the weekend!

@@carlosrezende9522 It's for sure doable without this weapon at ob6, your Barret may lose a little bit of hp but you have lvl 90 now so it should balance out at least it's permanent so you have Time to try and learn the fight!
I would not say that it's better because of the R abilities you don't use and the possibility to go at -3 matk when required but it's way easier to play in my opinion if you struggle with switching targets a totally valid weapon. For circle sigil, we already have the breach weapon which has circle sigil boost too and you would want to main hand that for the Rabilities, having electrocannon in main hand will remove a lot of the tanking possibilities of Barret but it will work if your setup is well built around it
@@Janille_ I asked because it still takes away 2 tiers of magic attack from both enemies so speaking of atb you should be able to debuff it faster, at least I think,I've managed to do the ex1 so far, I have to try the ex2
@@MrBuddy.....X electrocannon is technically -4 matk per hit versus 3 for bazooka it's true but you have worse Rabilities, it's a trade to make depending on your setup but both works for sure! I like to be able to got at -3 also with bazooka

I think that it's indeed one of the most important weapon in the game because it's on Aerith, I will work on a Matt clear for information and upload it in the coming days
@@MrBuddy.....X That's why we try to say to people, support will always be the best investment for ressources because DPS can always be changed or powercrept but it's way more rare / less frequent for supports Of course it's valid to play others units but then you have to go this extra step to clear content early (which is not required) In this fight, fairy tale instead of baha rod works just fine since we don't need top tier dps to clear it
@@Janille_ and what do you do when you have neither Matt or Barret as support ?.. only have Red and nothing OB10. The rest full OB10 DPS all anniversary Gear etc. Power lvl 800k+

For Barret, isn't the Electrocannon better? He also has the circle sigil
