Rather than emails perhaps have a link on your website that pops up a “what’s happening in the greenhouse shipping department” screen that says “packaging 8A preorders now, 8B preorders you are up next” then you only need to go to one place to edit and avoids email “spam like” onslaught for the rest of us who are excited but a bit more patient. You can’t please everyone that is for sure! Hope you all are having fun at the hostapalooza 😉
I didn’t realize your daughter edited your videos. At 16, my daughter was so busy with school and activities she wouldn’t have had time. So great you keep the family involved. I don’t think people realize how long it takes to create videos with good content. Thanks for sharing your knowledge. 😊

I just thank all of you (family and staff) for sharing your hard work and expertise with us all. I'm in the Smoky Mountains in NC, and I love that there is "local" information that relates more directly to my own zone. I just placed my order for annuals; now I have to get in gear to prep my containers.

The inside packaging was the best of any mail order plants I have ever received in all my years of purchasing plants online! Interesting about the shipping issues to CA. My order from Creekside had a NC Dept of Agriculture inspection form taped on the box. I’m in CA and none of the other garden centers that I’ve ordered from online have had this. BTW, my order was packed beautifully and my plants were in good shape.
Because of the issues with CA we tape our certifications on the box so the CA state officials will not hold the box. However, some counties still do 🤦🏻♀️

Hi Jenny & Jerry! Y'all seem like such good & decent people ANDZ you're both such hard workers! I've been watching Creekside videos like a marathon & loving it! I'm 70 y.o. & will be selling my home very soon and will be moving into my daughter's & her husband's new home. Of course, I'm overwhelmed with their generosity & love; but, the thing is that lawn is a mess! The backyard is full of boulders, vines, scrappy awful looking trees, there's a single azalea plopped in the front yard, along with 2 boring silver maples, a few pitiful dianthus here & there and it's all just so sad! Very poor grass here & there, too.The newlyweds have no experience & not much interest in lawn work, plants, etc. Then low and behold Thursday evening one of those crazy "Microbursts" hit the cul-de-sac at our house and broke cedars & other trees in our yard & made what was already bad - much, much worse. So. Now my plans for ordering plants are going to be shifted to later on. We won't know what all is really damaged until the professional tree people come out & give us estimates. So, I'm taking tons of notes of your videos to keep up with the incredible plants, especially perennials & shrubs, that you've inspired me to have in our garden! I've loved plants & gardening since the early to mid 80's and already have a huge love for hydrangeas, peonies, hibiscus, viburnums, dogwoods, gardenias & roses. I didn't plan to take anything from this garden to the new house; but, after living here for 39 years I'm not sure i can just move away & leave all my plant babies behind. I've got some praying, planning & pondering to do to figure it out. Thanks again for all that you guys put into your business & your videos to share with us! Have a great weekend. Hi Jenny and Jerry, thank you for the California shipping explanation. I must say all the plants I have ordered have come in wonderfully except the ones that have been opened up and inspected. At first I thought it was a shipping issue, but as I have been receiving plants, all of the ones open to inspection come in with half its soil missing, branches broken, box ripped. It's awful. I have lost three plants because of it. Same experience with my Proven Winner deliveries. UGH!!! CALIFORNIA!!!

I still cant get any info on the order from UPS, it has been sitting waiting for inspection since 4/8, supposedly inspected/checked off but still hasn't been put on the truck for delivery. Would you please consider adding your knife (haru haru?) that you use to break up roots to your on- line store. Maybe there are legal issues since it’s a knife. Then could you provide a link somewhere? I personally would like a pink one, but obviously not as big a seller as a normal one. Thank you.

Hi Jenny and Jerry, thank you for the California shipping explanation. I must say all the plants I have ordered have come in wonderfully except the ones that have been opened up and inspected. At first I thought it was a shipping issue, but as I have been receiving plants, all of the ones open to inspection come in with half its soil missing, branches broken, box ripped. It's awful. I have lost three plants because of it. Same experience with my Proven Winner deliveries. UGH!!! CALIFORNIA!!!

Hi Jenny and Jerry , as usual your video was filled with interesting info.....the person that asked about shipping to California was interesting , you have restrictions between states .....which leads me to my question.....I live in Niagara Falls , Canada.....now I'm pretty sure that you can't ship plants across the boarder , but I'd like to know if you ship merch to Canada . there are some item's that I would like to order....keep up the good work

Hi Jerry, I must be the lucky one person who's order was flagged in California. I still cant get any info on the order from UPS, it has been sitting waiting for inspection since 4/8, supposedly inspected/checked off but still hasn't been put on the truck for delivery. I don't get it, today it is 4/13 . . . .???
