Ingredients:
Dough:
1 Egg.
Zest of a lemon.
1/2 Cup sugar.
2, 1/2 Cup flour.
1 Teaspoon baking powder.
5 Oz. Butter.
Mold 8".
Cream:
2 Eggs.
1/2 Cup sugar.
2 Cup milk.
1/3 Cup cream cheese.
Juice of a lemon.
1/2 Cup cornstarch.
Medium heat.
Bake at 360ºf 35 minutes.
Powdered sugar.
Lemon slices.

Dear Chef, it is a lot easier to rub the grater into the lemon rather than the usual way. You hold the grater in your right hand and rub the lemon from above. This way you also collect the zest on top of your grater. Neat. 👌🏻
