Her account sounds like a pretty standard pat search. The problem is that male officers are not allowed to pat search female offenders but female officers are required to pat search male offenders. I do not mean to justify sexual assault or rape but I would venture to say that these women conspired to compromise staff in an effort to be released from prison. That being said staff should never have allowed it to happen.
Any woman who was a victim of rape should be exonerated. Women get a good lawyer and file a massive lawsuit.
