Appa eppa veedu vangarathu. Invest in son education. Then the son invest in his son education. Then who is living. If father can't buy home in 20 km sourrounding now ,son can't buy 40 km sourrounding.the chain keep going. But some one break the chain. Life is not always invest and living for others. We have to live our own life . Have to do little sacrifice and risk. My father never bought land or home in native. Put all money in education. Now after 40 years still i can't buy land. Or house in native as prices are gone high and always higher than the income level. Take planned risks.

விலை ஏறிக்கொண்டு தான் இருக்கும்.

Land is an investment for late 50s and 60s.
