After many hours, it worked! Disable your antivirus protector, pull up RUN in your start menu and type CMD, right-click as admin, type in black window SFC /scannow and let it check for any problems. Restart PC and repeat the scan again. Update your PC from the Windows Updater to the latest. Disable any cables such as mouse, headphone, charger(let it fully charge first) & any other(s). I had Tried the above steps but not works for me and then I have followed this step and worked for me. If the above tricks not works Install Windows 8.1 32-bit or windows 10 32-bit over Windows 7 so that you can easily upgrade your PC.
