Guys when you open media creation tool and start downloading and after download it says cleaning before reopening and after that it doesn't reopen, that is because you have a very old version of Windows 7 so you have to windows update to the latest. It was like that for me

Maybe The upgrade tool messed up, get the ISO Image and Extract it and in the extracted folder run setup.exe
