    Hi, curious, for grove spring, one of the best stacks u put unit 847 Blk 487A is also near to the chut but u still consider best stacks?

    No offence just a feedback on Tengah Plantation Creek. Yr opinion for better stacks and worse stacks is misleading my fren. Dun op those too close to yr neighbours, how close exactly (I can CU & U can C me & say Hi). Don’t forget there is quota involve here. Plantation Creek comes with various facilities such as playground, fitness ctr, eating hse, supermarket, shops, restaurants, childcare ctr & residents’ network ctr which will be conveniently located within d development. Most important U secure a unit regardless it be a better or worst stacks, as long there is a facilities that meets the residents’ needs. If you did’t get the unit u like (already taken) then choose another unit or wait for other BTO project. Bear in mind BTO est completion takes 4-6yrs. Nowadays BTO is getting smaller and smaller. If u can’t wait then go for a resale (if u hv enough savings n you can choose ones for a better view, bigger space and meets all yr requirements) A lot to say here, but this is my opinion no offence, most important you hv a hse to stay. If everyone is eyeing for a better unit, in the end you have none and hv to wait longer. Good day.
