actually 500k can get u a decent HDB flat in woodlands which is the cheapest district/neighbourhood in Singapore with many amenities. but HDB is only for PR or Singaporean and not foreigner. Foreigner only can buy CONDO or landed

I got a good number at tengah brickland weave, but i cant decide if i should give this tengah big a try. Tengah brickland weave seems to be worse than Tengah big as Tengah big is too convenient with nearby transport. 🤔 not sure if anyone have any views to share about these 2 tengah BTO

be prepared for the premium price in Tengah Big, surrounded by everything. the tengah waterfront already has a higher price compared to previous launches in the tengah district. tengah small will probably be similarly priced to Garden waterfront 1/2. i'm guessing for august or nov 2023 launch: the plots along garden avenue, near the pond, will be waterfront 3&4... or the BTO opposite the healthcare plot be a fusion of community care apartments and 3/4/5 rooms. leaving waterfront 3 to be mainly 3/4/5 room bto.. just like waterfront 2
