The Disappointing Design of NUS University Town

NUS University town design might be interesting conceptually as it celebrates pedestrianisation. However, its poor management of storm water inhibits its quality.

You're right, they're everywhere! Form is often favored by current aethetic trends however, it can only do so with function delivering long term value. Both play an important role in our built environment! 🤭
