Hi! For the Woodlands site, the planes wouldn’t be flying by but I think you missed out on 1 thing, what about the ambulance 🚨 that might be one of the factors? 😕 Really like this site tho…….

It's the total area allowed to be built on a site divided by the site area. (GFA/site area)
Non technically speaking. It's how dense the site is! Generally the higher the number, the taller the building.
