This house is perfection
This designer knew exactly that would be the trends for 2021 onwards. Adore the combination of light wood, cream, black and tons of light. Well done.
Just wonder if it’s also ecological and economical to heat and cool these huge space that is supposed to be 2021 trendsetter....would also be nice to see the front and back of this House 🏠

By far my favorite house featured on this channel EVER. It's beautiful. I love neutrals and this is perfection. It's warm, cozy and serene.
I will say though that double hight ceiling seem like a waste of valuable space.
So smart to invest in the items mentioned...I mean seriously, those windows....that fireplace!!!🖤

In interior designer perspective, this is can be catagorized cozy, compared to other industrial minimalist design.
House and home’s definition of “cozy” is white, white, white with some white. If they added colour in pillows etc., it would actually be cozy. Some Turkish carpets would really make this more grounded and cozy (to my taste anyway).
Large spaces can feel cozy if everything is scaled correctly. You might not even notice the height with that comfy sofa, warm fireplace and blankets!

Love this designer. You can tell this space was designed top to bottom by a true artist. Great design and craftsmanship. Really hard to find anything to critique. Gorgeous. More from this designer, please.
Love this home. Love the black and white mix and the fact it’s not crowded with so much decor and furniture. Black & white artwork is cool too. 💕

Incredible space with beautiful finishes! BUT everything is brand new so it has a showroom feel. Where's the personality and history of the person who lives there? Also needs large indoor plants to take advantage of the windows.
It is a showroom! They just fix the house and sell it.

Exotic to say the least. Absolutely loved that fireplace and the view from that window.
Love the fireplace with the window backdrop. The fact that it isn't a wood burning fireplace but you can enjoy the natural elements through the window was very clever in my opinion.
I love it aesthetically it looks really beautiful. Well done to the designers and architects. But on a practical level I would feel very exposed. The glass windows would be a pain to keep clean. And I don’t understand why they need kitchen bar seating, a breakfast table AND a dining table. Surely you only need one eating/ gathering table? Maybe I’m just not rich enough to know the benefit of having all those choices (wasted space)!

Beautiful place. I love the way you talk about the house - so natural, and one wants to hear you more talking about it.
I love this house, and the way it has been put together. With the beautiful view and greenery outside it is almost perfect. I do question the lack of colour, would one become tired of that after a while? I love great bowls of flowers and greenery in such a sparse colour palette.

I like the home overall but not a big fan of having unused firewood in my living space. I would have cabinet storage space there instead. Great job by your team though.

Bedroom curtain? Love to sleep in a dark space and sleep well after the sun has greeted the day! Love the rest of the home and great camera work. Design first class!

I love it. My only critique is that I’m not fond of excessively high ceilings..20+ feet?! Anything over 15 feet loses proper scale to me.

Beautiful home. A few vintage pieces would add a bit of warmth. I love the positioning of the dining room. The concrete entry may be challenging. I had limestone tiles installed in a bathroom once, and it was a nightmare (even with the protective coating). This designer did an overall wonderful job!

Stunning home, beautifully done, too many eating areas for me so a little impractical use of space, and the family room with the tv is lovely, but not practical for actually watching tv
I assumed that glass table was a desk.
Also the bathroom is pretty narrow, and you've gotta mess with 6-foot shades to change clothes in the bedroom, intentionally uneven floor surface in the entryway -- it's a pretty space but I also think that many of these choices are impractical for day-to-day life.

I would never leave the family room. The wall of windows give the space a loft vibe in the country. I also love the banquet dining area. The kitchen is a bit of a disappointment. Why the banquet area & the runway of stools just opposite? The run of sconces along the walls of the kitchen?

Blinds for "those" who don't want to flash .. in tub. Hmm, wonder how many neighbors have a telescope set up! To each their own!
I think the designer was referring to the tub being open to the pool area as the backyard is private due to the trees & landscaping.
