Large Beautiful home and Price. The main Con is the Bedrooms size. I would get rid of one of the bonus spaces and give the rooms & BR more space. Thank you for the tour. This was a very nice home. 🥰
That was a very nice home I love everything about it it has so many different bonus rooms and it was just nice that's a nice home to just walk around and admire once you have it all put together thanks for sharing just saying
My husband and I are looking to buy a manufacturer home hear in san Diego not very easy but GOD to bless we will get one just starting love the info you give thank you
Beautiful home, but I would want the toilet in the master bathroom in a room by itself, especially if there is no door on the closet and I do not need a tub in there so I would make it a walk in shower.
I knew it. I knew it was going to be the exact same as all the others...small living room, dining room and common kitchen, all open concept in the middle and all the primary bedrooms on one and of the home and the master bedroom on the other end. When are we going to see some homes with all the bedrooms in the same area? Why in God's name do the rooms have to be separate like this? When is this open concept fad going to die out? Im done looking at these manufactured homes. In fact, I'm through with all of this SAME with the bland, boring colors and flooring. I'm just going to find an older home made when colors and floor plans were unique! I'm tired of having to look at SAME, cookie cutter crap!
This home is very huge. Not to mention how Beautiful it is. Love it❤❤
You have a good taste
These homes are nice. It would be a plus if they made the ceilings higher so it won't feel so closed in.
The home is huge, but has a choppy layout. I would definitely customize it because there is a lot of wasted space.
I can imagine that flex room making a nice office, or a library type area with a bunch of bookshelves.
Alot of house for that price. Thank you, loved this one also. The Bristow.
Wow, great price for all this house. Thank you

Beautiful home a plus would be ac s and ceiling fans added ❤❤❤❤
Reminds me of the Summit
Wow. Expected it to cost a lot more. I would shrink that den and expand the bedrooms on either side, 9ft is too narrow. But the home is nice.
This trailer is the summit down here in louisiana . Have they changed the name
That's the Summit by Clayton if you go directly into their site
How do I purchase this in Jacksonville Florida

First off, awesome video.
Secondly, greed is everwhere $150,668 price, but not even 50K of material.
What is the name of this house?
Cost !
The paneling was lifting up in that 2nd bathroom
