W204 facelift owned since 2011..clocked 235 000km so far running smoothly without major issues only regular maintenance... super solid continental car to be own
I am owning this model since 10 yrs ago and it still working good. Love to drive it daily.. feels like driving a new car every day. Above all, I like the fresh cabin smell, just like sniffing a RM100 bill!.
Thanks for breaking down the cost very clearly. Way beyond what I can afford for now. So I’ll have to give it a miss unless my fortune changes dramatically. Cheers
I’m a heavy user and rack up huge mileage per annum so the service intervals comes faster than others. But for this year since I work overseas, I’ve only did a normal service twice which cost me less then RM1000.
I think it's still worth it as you had done 80,000 km in it. My family common car bought for RM85k. Now worth only RM20k but had only done 60,000km. RM1 per km.
I am a foreigner living in Malaysia who wants to buy a used Mercedes (2005-2008) may I know how much does it costs just to maintain and do repairs/parts. Also please mention what is the average costs of the same maintenance/repairs of a Japan/Malaysian car. Also please please suggest some good reliable low cost and attractive German car for me as well!! 🙏🙏🙏 oh my budget is RM10k-25k Note : also is the CLS350 2006 any good?
@@HaniffYahya changing the auto transmission oil twice is done at every 40,000km?. This excludes the 1st transmission oil change out when you just bought the car?. During your next transmission oil change take an oil sample for color comparison. I am very curious about this! 😂😂😂 I am looking at a 60,000km change interval for transmission oil & it's filter and will soon buy a dip stick to check color & level once every 2 to 3 months. For the rear axle did you put a magnet ic plug?. Regards.
For 2014 model you get still get loan max 6 years price circa 55k so that will be around RM830 per month and average annual maintenance plus road tax and insurance divide by 12 is RM780 per month. Total RM1610 per month. Rule of thumb is to not exceed 30% of your annual salary so you can maintain the car comfortably. So roughly if you earn more than RM5366 per month or RM64,400 per annum you are ok
Mercedes vehicles are build to last?😂 Boy,you know nothing.I owned w203 for 24 years and now i have w204 180cdi facelift. I have timing chain and tensioners noise at only 154 000km..Bad piezo injectors cheap plastic water pump rusty rear suspension and very cheap interior plastic, bad sensors. And parts are very expensive. HAVE you ever owned a w204 or any mercedes???
Its funny how you directed a question whether that person ever owned a W204 or any Mercedes for that matter when the person literally disclosed his expences on that specific car for the last 3 years or so 😂
