Like some others, I'd like to see full reviews of the 12 and the watch.
I went with the 12. A couple things to mention, the dual-SIM works great and they added an IR blaster.
Maybe throw in spec comparison with the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro, as well.
Have you reviewed any of the XReal Air 2 products?
I picked the OnePlus 12 over the S24 Ultra. I prefer the form factor and lighter weight. Is it as good? Maybe not, but I paid a lot less for it. And the battery charging and included brick sealed the deal. I probably won't buy another phone that doesn't offer similar recharge speeds and the necessary brick.
I did the exact same thing for the exact same reasons! :)
And it's been grand thus far.
Going for a OnePlus Watch 2 as well next month.

Ordered a oneplus 12r 16gb version with a pixel 6 pro trade in and paid $459. First time trying a oneplus. The supervooc charging and highly praised battery life have intrigued me to say the least. Will report back once I get I Friday!

Thank you for your email! How does the OnePlus 12 perform on phone calls? How is the reception? Can people on the other end hear you okay? People complain to me all the time about my iPhone 12. And, my iPhone 12 seems to be incompatible with almost all automated systems as I keep getting responses that the system did not understand my response(s).
The OnePlus Open is amazing and is my favorite foldable ever. I don't see myself going back to slab phones.

Hell yeah it's good to get OnePlus this year. I got the OnePlus 12r. It's amazing and best bang for your buck. I have the iPhone 15 pro max and Google Pixel 8. I use the OnePlus 12r more than the other two. I'm amazed by it's battery life, it's screen quality and it's smooth version of android. It's amazing, I preorder the OnePlus watch 2 and I'm going to compare it to my Apple watch ultra. I'm loving OnePlus this year for sho.

Looks like a really great phone and very reasonably priced for what you get.
Would like to know your honest opinion about the toys you have. I think OP makes great tech. One downside in my opinion is the curved screen. But the UI is super fast and smooth.
I already have the S24U which is also a great phone and got it for 980,- so a great deal.
Btw your top camera seems a bit off like it's at a lower framerate.
Why is curved a downside? U wanna have one more apple like phone?

@@techware1840She bought the $300 Apple book, so no, I'm not surprised. She lives and breathes everything Apple.
If you wait few months and you don't mind refurbished. You can get Oneplus for almost half the price. Onepluses don't hold their value. But honestly I'd personally go for Pixel 8 since they are also heavily discounted and Google has promised more years of support.
I hope the 13 has a flat screen. It would be the perfect phone but I do love secure folder over alternate profiles for separation. Having work email and apps run separate instances without having the jank of switching profiles or having to switch back and forth between profiles in busy scenarios is way better than anything else other companies offer. Like if there's important family emergency happening during busy work time would mean you have to keep switching profiles every 2 mins on other phones. I really wanna go back to OnePlus but I'm so used to Samsung secure folder. Ughhh

Use island for work profile. I do it for work apps because I have to take a lot of photos every day and I don't want them mixed with my personal.

Truthfully, I hate the term "flagship killer". In fact, I view it as an oxymoron. Buy many peoples definition, it is a flagship level device that simply costs less. That being said, if the specifications are flagship level then it's already a flagship. Therefore, what's it supposed to be killing; itself? To that end, I don't feel the term "suicidal flagship" is apropos either. Simply put, let's dispense with the term and have done with it.
OnePlus has always produced flagship level devices. However, the nine and 10 series were not well received because, the prices went up. With the exception of the 10T, they were all solid devices but, people didn't want to spend the money.
The resurgence of the brand really started last year with the 11, pad and the Open. They were all well received and they came at a price tag that people were willing to pay. In fact, I absolutely love my 11 and pad. This year they have built on that success with the 12 and 12R. I've had my 12 for a couple of weeks now and I feel it's the best device that I've ever owned. Trust me, it's a flagship. LOL
OnePlus really threw in everything this year
