no joke,i have extremely good genetics in that aspect, my parents are both over 70 and look 50 at max, when i was 22 many thought i was 15, but after i started drinking a bit too much i almost actually look my actual age now, nobody really thinks im much younger than i am nowadays.
@@bloodlove93I believe that!! I saw an Asian senior and thought he was 50 turns out he’s 70 something. I also don’t smoke or drink. Been using sunscreen since my teens and using retinol in my 30s and now being late 30, I still get told people think I’m 21 from time to time I’ll still get ID.
Gen Z's interest in Botox is easy to explain. They are filling an internal void of lack of self-confidence with external patches, hoping that like that they will fix the problem. Unfortunately, internal issues are never fixed with external bandaids.
Botox isn't appropriate at that age. Use tretinoin regularly to prevent wrinkles from forming. The most important things to do for skin are avoid direct sun exposure on your face and use moisturizer every day, one which has a sunscreen in it. Glycolic acid peels can keep the skin smooth and soft and it's cheap to buy online. Don't overdo it though, the skin needs time to heal from each product. Men should use topical finasteride immediately if they begin to notice hair thinning, which could happen before 20. Once the hair follicles die there's no bringing them back, so begin treatment before they do.
@@Bunny11344I use it almost everyday never had any issues but some ppl might. It doesn’t even make my skin dry but I started out with very oily skin. Make sure that you use a good moisturizer, vitamin c serum, and Hyaluronic Acid, definitely some sunscreen because you need to wear it when using it. I thought I would have more of a reaction but I don’t, some ppl gotta ease into it.
I’m a 58 year old woman and I’ve never had anything done to my face. I also just started using skincare in my 40’s. I have very few wrinkles and I hear it from people all the time. This new fad is crazy and doctors shouldn’t do this to people that don’t need it. It’s a mental issue so they should be turned away not just do it anyway to make money.
I’m all for looking as good as you feel, but I see a lot of super smooth, kinda shiny foreheads, while the lower face has expressiveness. The top is frozen and the bottom is not. You pick up on this even subconsciously and it’s not attractive to make weird expressions when for instance you are laughing. I think people should not go overboard with Botox even when elderly.
At 35, I consulted for the very first time. The Doctor refused to intervene on me because I have the coeliac disease. How many people aren’t even aware of an eventual health issue and who are getting those interventions done? Some aren’t even going to see an aesthetic surgeon and are getting injected in beauty salons! It is frightening.
I'm just not sure anybody should. I've been told people who use Botox but then stop you look worse. So you have to keep using it. I'm not sure that's healthy over time. Then again what do I know there's a lot of unhealthy things nowadays.
I somehow don’t ever believe people who rate THEMSELVES as much younger looking. All the ones i’ve met in real life who’ve done that never looked younger 😂

Just look at Kylie Jenner in her 20s but looking like she's in her 40s already.
Oh yeah. I forgot she was in her 20's.
I agree
Is that why the dermatologists forehead didn't move at all?
😂

There's also people that get Botox for migraines.
When you are young do not waste your money

How about aging gracefully, your body does not get younger
and how do you age gracefully?
Everyone who’s had a ton of Botox definitely looks older in the long run

32 is pretty young. It’s normal for only minimal changes to occur from 20s to early 30s assuming you stay a normal size and don’t do drugs.
