The woman at the airport. I'm a bittle asthmatic & if she had sprayed the fire extinguisher when I was near her, it would have killed me! She needed a lot more charges than simple assault. She should be in jail. She endangered all of the people around her.

The woman with the fire extinguisher only getting assault is ridiculous. At minimum she should be charged with assaulting everyone she spread.

Dude, when that Karen was spraying shit at the airport, I immediately thought "yep, this was 100% right." "I have Constitutional RATS...AWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!! YOU'RE HURTING ME!!!!!!!" Meanwhile, every SINGLE one of those cases provided "no injuries upon inspection." It's almost like "police brutality" and "you're under arrest" are seen as empty threats or dogwhistles designed to protect those who fuck up our rights for the rest of us. The type of person who will drive drunk and think they can refuse a sobriety test because "the Constitution BANS sobriety tests under the 4th amendment because it's "unreasonable" search and seizure (even if they didn't seize shit)". That's EXACTLY how our rights get taken away when that shit happens on a regular basis.

We had a lot of those. One showed up for the 50th time with cupcakes for one of my officers and he was so frustrated he smacked them out of her hands in the bay and told her to leave. After that he hid at the department when she was coming. Also had a coworker stalk a deputy. Some of these ladies had no self respect and were insane.

It's actually a really sad statement ab this country. People are so desperate to learn the law and their rights, but they aren't taught in school. Everyone was brainwashed into believing that you don't need to know your rights bc the police will tell you your rights, and they would never try to violate them. The truth is one of the reasons it's so difficult for people to learn the law and their rights is that the police are CONSTANTLY lying to people ab both. They spread more disinformation than everyone on Tiktok combined. People are tired of being taken advantage of and screwed over by the police and "justice" system. The US locks up more people than any other place on earth. People just want to learn, so they can protect themselves. That's not easy when you don't know who you can believe. Hell, a LOT of cops don't know the law or constitutional rights. They haven't bothered to learn bc they don't have to. They just do whatever they want, and if they screw up, we pay the price. For Alicia Taylor: In Illinois you need to have a front and back plate. She could have just taken the ticket (or warning), but she escellate it. Cannabis is legal in Illinois, but you can't have it open in the car like that (just like alcohol). That one is super weird because she was pulled over for such a routine violation and could have gone into work if she didn't freak out

When looking at these videos, so many things are repeated, having PTSD, police brutally, I am going to sue you, I know my rights. Is this an American thing? Asking as somebody who is not from America.
PTSD is just someone trying to use a medical condition to try and get special treatment or get out of an arrest entirely (never works). Police brutality is a hot topic in the USA when it comes to what things police officers should be held accountable for, and when under arrest people will try to claim it's happening to them to spark drama and get out of it.
The rights are a more complicated subject that might be a bit harder to explain to non-americans. Not just what they are but why they are. Just know there are certain rights we have built into the foundation of our nation which police officers are not allowed to infringe upon in their conduct of law enforcement. People often claim to know those rights and everything the courts interpret from them when they really don't.
Its less an American thing to say these things and more common things for entitled people to say. People with real medical or mental conditions are actually unlikely to scream about having it to people. My mom has PTSD(post traumatic stress disorder) from her childhood and things that happened in her early adulthood and she pretends it doesn't exist rather than saying she has it. Also, many physically disabled in america also are unlikely to share their disability status outside of online spaces. Many of us are pretty accustomed to people trying to prove we aren't 'really' disabled, so yelling it out loud when its annoying to have people pry would be weird.

With the blonde woman, I thought the 2nd officer was great. She was resiting, uncooperative, and he came in no nonsense. Letting her know, he BS wasn't going to work, deescalate the situation and allowed them to get her into the police car quickly.

Airport Karen should have been charged with a slew of Federal crimes. She violated FARs (Federal Aviation Regulations). She sprayed a fire extinguisher in the concourse, making it a Hazmat situation. The list goes on. I would love to hear what the outcome of her trial was.

I used to live in Texas, my family is Portuguese and we were mistaken for Hispanics so often and it was pretty bad. Sometimes people would come up to my mom and try to hire her for jobs or work. I didn’t realize when I was younger I just thought it was normal to walk up to someone or drive by someone and ask them to work for you. As I get older it’s genuinely kind of sad you can be walked up on like that just because everyone associates you with a worker for hire.
I worked with a heart surgeon in Texas. An excellent surgeon who was Mexican American. He was so good all the other doctors would get their heart surgery with him. He had a big mansion but he still like to do his own yard work, and he grew up very poor. He told us 1 day he was out in the front doing yard work with no shirt on and a white woman drove up to the curb and asked him if he would come be her gardener!!😂a ❤ surgeon😅 He said he told her he would if he could, but between all the yard work and the bosses wife, he didn't have time😜

"If I scream "WHY AM I BEING DETAINED" over and over and over, and interrupt anytime someone DOES try to read my rights...we all know I can claim these "evil" cops REFUSED to read me my rights. I'm a middle school teacher, and I can tell you a bunch of my 6th graders act in EXACTLY the same way. They'll LOOK at you WATCHING them break the rules, have a combative smile when they get caught, and they have SEVERAL witnesses saying they broke the rules; and they're still willing to get combative and say "I didn't do shit." It ASTOUNDS me that there are people, much less full grown adults who can get caught on camera and then have the audacity to act like this.
In terms of the second person, "you can run my VIN number, I have a Fourth Amendment right to refuse searches." Good to know that if I ever commit a violent crime, I can just tell the cop that I "refuse to let him search" where I hid the body. What!? I mean, we all know the VIN number changes depending on who's driving, so it's an ironclad form of identification... (obviously being sarcastic).
Like, case in point, when you said "it's almost like she believed there was a magical string of words she could say to get her out of this situation..." that is what DEFINES a Karen. A Karen will think they are ABOVE the law because they "know their rights..." which they absolutely do not. There is a BIG difference between committing a crime openly, then claiming victimization when you called on your bullshit, and a corrupt cop trying to pin something on you. That difference is night and day, and ALL of these people think if they bring up the Constitution, they are IMMUNE from the law. Guaranteed, like literally GUARENTEED if I was the boss of that second woman, and I was called to go all the way over to their place of business and confirm that the POLICE can in fact arrest you, I would be pissed. The fact that she thinks her manager a) CAN save her, and b) WILL save her is absolutely delusional. The fact that ANYONE can have weed in the car, in an unapproved BAGGIE and THINK...no, INSIST they have the upper hand legally, is absolutely batshit crazy.
The airport lady was just a case of "I'm angy, and therefore I get to do whatever I want because I'm angy." This is a problem, and until we get people to realize the system of power we have available to us, it's just going to continue. If we continue to enable people to think "if I assert the Constitution, I get to break the law," that RUINS it for everyone that ACTUALLY follows the law because then we have to take measures that might be more restrictive. These people DON'T get that. TikTok was banned TODAY. If people weren't abusing the privacy rights that app has, it wouldn't have been banned. But here we are, with EVERYONE getting banned because a FEW abused the rights. This is not okay. It's not okay for people to pretend they didn't commit a crime when they're caught on camera, and it's DEFINITELY not right to make rules to accommodate the people that do that shit.

I live in a state where we have front and back plates. My front plate either fell off (highly unlikely) or was stolen. Got stopped and cop (of which I was one way back when) said I didn't have a front plate. "Oh, really?" "Yep, really!" I was polite, looked at the missing plate, then he told me to get with the MV department and get a set of new plates. I thanked him, told him to have a nice and safe day and we parted. There's no room for this type of sh•t in today's society. That missing plate lady was just looking for a fight with LEO's.
I actually had the front plate of a car stolen. At the time both the front and rear plates had expiry dates on the plate.
