The last lady isn't a Karen. She is a mentally ill homeless person who needs help. Unfortunately, she is probably resistant to any type of help. Our current laws cannot force her in any way to get the mental help she desperately needs.

They may even want help, but have yet to find anything that works for them.
Certain mental conditions can be chronic and long lasting, with no workable solutions to be found.
Definitely all Karens except for the last one. She's not trying to be extra, she's going through a medical psychiatric crisis. Hopefully she's been seen by social services since this recorded interaction

"I'm not doing anything wrong!" - whilst committing numerous offences.
"You're being disrespectful to me!" - whilst being rude and disrespectful to everyone around them.
"Why won't you answer my questions?" - after being told the answer about 100 times.
And they wonder why people dislike them and laugh at the cop cam videos.

Give her one chance, if she doesn't listen then force her into the car, shut the door and charge her. Can you imagine being in a relationship with her? The only voice she wants to hear is her own.
Calling on God to issue a harmful curse on another person when your own actions have caused you run afoul of the law is misguided and horribly evil. What ever happened to, “And we forgive those who trespass against us.” ? We all slip and fall when we are stressed, and it is not for us to judge this young woman.
I think you make a good point when you say we can all do something bad when in an extreme situation. I recognise with shame that I am not above this.
What worries me is that this woman is a school teacher. She has already caused enough problems by stealing, threatening, and disorderly behaviour, causing her to be evicted and trespassed. Then she made a fool of a police officer by deliberately manipulating him into not forcing her in the car for an excessively long time.
Then we hear a really nasty, full-on curse. If I understand the blanks correctly, she wished acts on women *_and children_* that are beyond the pale.
I don't know if this woman realises just how wrong it is to try to get God to inflict harm on someone? She is not mentally ill or having a breakdown. She is educated and clearly has a family as we hear her talking on the phone to her father, who was willing to support her.
I assume we are both Christians and both disconcerted about a privileged woman who undoubtedly also thinks herself a Christian uttering such an awful curse using a Christian framework. If she follows the same mode of thinking from the temporal to the corporeal, then she will never be made to understand that she needs to ask God's forgiveness and to make Him a solemn promise never to curse someone again.
She has done what the prophet Elijah made clear was wrong when - on Mount Carmel - he tells people they can't sit on the fence. They either worship Baal or Yahweh. Those who worship the pagan gods attempt to manipulate them into doing what *_they_* want. Those who worship Yahweh want to try to obey His Commandments. It is a question of either making our own whims and desires sovereign or understanding that God and His laws are sovereign.
This is an important issue now. People believe they are Christian, yet do not make any effort to adhere to Christian teaching. They are Christian when it suits them, and pagan when it suits them. The issue expands. The people who are taken in my the "prosperity gospel." They are taught that if they believe enough and in a certain way they will get all they want be it fame money love whatever.
This is not Christian teaching by a long way.
People believe in Heaven but do not believe in Hell. They see themselves as the example and arbiter of goodness and mete out judgement that always situates evil with the other person.
I am left with the feeling of failing to teach the faith properly. Looking to the Bible, I'm drawn to how we must give an account of our hope and then to how we must raise children. We must not spoil them, but then fathers are cautioned not to make rebels of their children by being too strict. We must approach people where they are rather than where we think they aught to be.
Shuffling that lot together, it is a fine line that we walk. I saw a podcast that was led by a woman who had been involved in the new age but had become a Christian. She invited a minister or two on to discuss what to do to encourage people away from the new age. Unfortunately, they all began quoting from Revelation and began threatening "lakes of fire." I, of course, accept the Bible is correct, but how we convey that is crucial. I therefore dip back into the group of Bible teachings I prearranged above. Any new age person watching that podcast would at best laugh at worse become even more entrenched in occult thinking. Firstly, we must reach them where they are. If a person has no respect for the Bible, this is not an approach that will work in the first instance. First, we should explain something they are very triggered by. The idea of sin. It is possible to use new age thinking to explain sin. Every human being has within them a capacity to be negative or positive. This is what is meant by us all being sinners.
I realise this is not perfect, but hopefully, this type of explanation will lead them to have respect for Scripture and go on to study the truth in it's fully fleshed out form.
There are many things that can be explained using the person's own ideas as a starting point.
Whether or not this would work on a woman so completely devoid of a Christian moral compass is anyone's guess. We surely must try.
Anyway, that was just a few thoughts. I'd be very interested in hearing yours.

Easy,it’s called,”the responsible service of alcohol”.It’s the Law in Australia,you can’t keep selling alcohol to someone who is drunk.If the establishment keeps selling alcohol to these people then they have themselves to blame.
Well we have that here to but it is not well enforced .I spent 20 years as a bartender . I lost a job for trying to enforce just that ... The person I cut off was on the city council.. Hence I lost my job for following the rules . The sad fact is a bartender at most places has no choice and they are dammed if they do and dammed if they don't .. The same manager who will make you serve the drunk customer will also throw you under the bus if they get into an accident ..
I hope you filed a lawsuit for wrongful termination. Unless you had problems before, you should have been able to file. BTW, if you are still an bartender, record anytime you can if your employer does not have video. Make sure the evidence is held for at least 6 months.
Unfortunately, I know drunks who don't appear drunk and then will suddenly start acting drunk. Its like the alcohol hits their system all at once.

Airports, planes are also under federal jurisdiction.

Police aren't courts.
If trespassed or commited any violation, you have to give ID.
Refusal at a minimum gives them to right to put you in a 24-48 hold until they can identify you.
Even if just a misdameanor.
But what could have been a minor trespass, most of the time only a year, escalates into criminal charges, because of refusal to comply.
