Hi. To me the custom rom runs better. Game pads support is higher and I haven't had any crashes. It also comes with some nice fixes like the sleep glitch has been fixed. No longer takes 28 seconds to wake up from sleep. It is now 3 seconds :). I left a link on the description to the rom. Hi. Het is mij niet gelukt om de voice remote te koppelen met magendanz rom but it works. Also according to the original thread als je Netflix vanuit aptoide installeert dan zou het in HD moeten zijn. Zelf niet geprobeerd want heb een andere rom en ben bezig andere box aan testen. En trouwens je kan gewoon RUclips uit de playstore downloaden als goed is en dat v versie speelt gewoon beter :)

So if I understand it correctly it is flashed. Else u would not be able to download the terminal and go to recovery correct?? If that is the case when u type reboot update and u see the recovery. Then it is connected to the TV. Did u try another cable?
Hi mate. Netflix has done this shit again! both my M8S pro L boxes will not load movies or tv shows. It will go into the menu and you can watch trailers but that's it. I Tried to use that Netflix Fix update I kept in my files and it didn't work made things worse cant even get into the menu at all now another error. Tried to factory reset the box and still same thing, cant go into the Netflix menu at all now. I just cancelled my Netflix subscription! I'm going to go back to downloading torrents! Any solutions?
whats the purpose of loading these roms? whtas wrong with stock? why risk screwing up box!! what does this rom offer that's better then out of box software
You don't need any. Please watch the video as it is complete. In the video I tell you everything you need including the cable. And no toothpick please watch it really is complete and comprehensive. :)
Your in luck brother. I'm updating the tutorial with the latest ROM right now for the lq and lb. You probably have lb version. Gimme 20 minutes it will be online .

amigo, ela tem a opção de resetar com o palito,? eu não achei, a Minha não reinicia de jeito nenhum pra atualizar, e esse procedimento do Vídeo , o computador não reconhece a box.
+Johnzito Batista hi brother. You have to go into the terminal just line in the video. And type "reboot update" it will restart and your pc will see it. You can do this while connected to the TV it will work. The old toothpick trick don't work on this one :)

@@dannojdrsm511 , The Mecool M8s Pro L is already Rooted. Just installed root checker and it should show that it is rooted. I did this and then installed Titanium Pro which is a rooted app and it works.

hey brother i had a quick check and indeed this rom is not for the lb version. you wuill either have to do without the wifi or just try another rom or reflash your stock rom for the lb version. Sorry i cant help u further with getting wifi to work on this rom :(

+walmir alves alves ok do i understood you cannot get past the install menu with your controller? Did u try a mouse? Also if i am not mistaken u can also skip the remote controller pairing menu i think. Try that brother 😁

Yes there are plenty roms at freaktab.com. Or online. Depending on the box of course. Not all boxes have developers backing them :)
