My cousin is about 29 or 30 now but fortunately he got a job when he was 25 or 26
The salary was 10,000rs a month but soon after one year he realised that he didn't want to work anymore there because the salary was also not increasing and he was very tired and didn't want to work there anymore but the company was saying that you can't leave.
Then he went to any other company and told them his problems and they said it is not the way you can leave it
and join our company. Don't worry we will take take the responsibility of this.
Soon after he started to work there only and soon after his salary got increasing and when turned 27 or 28 his salary increased to almost Lakh per month at such a young age.
Now his marriage is fixed. This year only he will get married and INSHAALLAH he will get a great life. 🧬

Our educational system actually like that . They teach us for success but in our country who follow properly those to become successful person ,he won't rather he destroye his life . I have one suggestion. humare aane wale generations ko School main admission lene se pehele. School se ek promise letter lelena chaiye. Ki Bache ko School ke alawa kisi bhi extra tutions ya classes main dalna na pade. So that vo bacha after school time ko real world ko proper study and explore kare.

The main flaw which I noticed in our education system is limiting our ability to learn or grab new things.
First they assigned us few books that too with limited syllabus to mug up for a year - which since a childhood a child is allowed to think that this work needed a year to complete.
While in reality it's just a matter of month or two.
It was the beginning where a child started to view simple blocks as a mountain.

The first time I opened my eyes towards this fraud malicious education scam/trap is when I accidentally picked my little cousins 6th class text book, I went through the pages and was having flashbacks of things that I studied back when I was in 6th. NOTHING I MEAN NOTHING in the text book changed other than the front and back cover. Imagine in this 10 years difference between me and my cousin, how many things changed in terms of tech, health, politics and what not in the world. While we are still studying and memorizing the same crap…

I did my 12th with PCM subject (because it is a famous course right!!), and thought of doing further studies too.. but you know.. at that time ..I put my hand on my heart and asked.. what do I want to do??.. what gives me happiness ??..I know how to do makeup since childhood, I find it very interesting.. and I want to make a career and earn a lot of money through makeup.. and I will do the same.. you too find your interest in whatever you like and choose your earning methods.. . I was a mediocre student. I struggled a lot during my BE. And now doing a job from last 5 yrs. Yes I'm struggling now also. But I can confidently say that not everything is this video is true. Education is Important. It's the only guaranteed option for a middle class guy like me to escape from this class and shift to the upper class, only if you got the right direction and the confidence in yourself that you can do it. Study hard, Work hard, go Excel in the Corporate world and then see the difference. Believe in yourself.
Maybe you like the job u doing, not everyone loves to do a meaningless job in this world and be a servent of others profit
the middle class was created by the education system....the corporate world is shrinking now...we don't need huge amounts of workers anymore...yes education is important but self education is important not formal education....you should try to read some books on how to escape the corporate world and work for yourself...nobody can like working for a stranger...you just think you like it because of the brainwashing done by the system...once you experience the freedom you get by working for yourself u wouldn't want to go back

And btw how can u say that education is the only way to escape from loweror midddle class to higher class. Have u became higher class after getting that job. Then What job it is. Is it providing enough money to make u uplift to a higher class or society. Say with details including salary and expenses etc
