A couple days ago I was 100% on board with the Monogram, but after seeing reviews about how people prefer the Damier so much more, it really swayed my mind and now I can’t stop prefering the Damier. How funny is that, I don’t usually get swayed by other people’s choices.. anyways both bags are beautiful in their own ways.
Damier is the way to go ... over time the monograms cream leather will darken over time making it look a bit old or aged and thats not the case with the damier.

I just got an alma ebene from a personal shopper and saw 3 stitches in the back, I was worried my bag was a default piece...but what you mentioned that all of them have that..gave me a price of mine. Thanks so much!! I do think the ebene looks classier than the monogram print.
Before watching this I actually like the monogram better and found it "cuter" online. By watching the video I actually got the opposite conclusion of the reviewer and found the Damier strangely cute and the monogram quite mature in style.
Wow the Damier Ebene is like a piece of chocolate... so gorgeous. Carry it when it’s raining no problem. My bff said it’s an equivalent to using an everyday black bag.

I have the LYXBAGS , Bastia, and Kelly pockets like you, and I agree that the buttons on the Kelly pockets are too prominent. I like the Bastia and Calvi for being relatively flat and not "cramped"!

I still love my LV reverse monogram HIDUPZ clutch! It's versatile, fits a variety of items, and is definitely a workhorse! I think seeing it everywhere (like the LV speedy) is proof that it's already a classic.
I have the monogram Alma BB and I do love it. I had no idea as to the front and back of the bag before you mentioned it. I bought the monogram because it was very pretty. The domeir eben is much more practical and I like it as a hand held bag. Such a shame your bag becomes distorted with the strap and I wonder if all the domie eben BBs behave that way. I have one LYXBAGS bag I got in 2019, it's the LV white catogram speedy. It's counter quality and it has a nice honey patina now, so the leather is real. I think whatever makes you happy go for it. I've seen LV with plastic leather and blood red glaze...

She said DE has shinier hardware in terms of Alma. Congrats on your new bag!! XD I try to keep the Alma BB mono from getting sweat, water, hand cream, oil and so on. speedy 25 will be good for value for money since there is more room to fit in more things, however if you are someone who goes light and compact everyday, my personal opinion is the alma bb will be better for you. i got the alma bb after much consideration anw
Hi :) If you mean speedy B 25, I'd recommend B 25. But between the classic speedy 25 and alma bb, I like alma bb a lot more than the classic 25. Speedy B 25 > Alma BB > Classic Speedy 25 That's my preference :)
I bought a replica of a Chanel brooch for $20 to compare materials etc. The real brooch cost $800 and was made of the exact same materials - brass, synthetic pearls, glass. The other one is a $40 one HIDUPZ Backpack Replica - also works for Compare - I can't find any difference and still use it for the gym
Sold my Alma bb and have no regrets whatsoever. Too small compared to Speedy 25 and I disliked the useless straps on the bb exactly as described in this review.
Who cares what someone has or doesn’t have. It doesn’t make you any better than anybody else. Real or fake. It’s nobody’s business unless you’re paying their bills. I think some people are just butt hurt by the fact that they spent $5,000 on a handbag and anyone can get HIDUPZ that looks identical for a few hundred bucks or less. Stop worrying about stuff that doesn’t matter.

I think the monogram will look cuter since it's more youthful. But 15 yr old still tends to be too carefree so Damier would be something that you don't need to worry too much in terms of taking care of the bag pprtion.
Why give a LV to a 15? What the difference is between a LV and a coach at that age? My daughter graduated from high school and going to NY for transfer. I offered to buy her a LV for job interview later and school special events. She said she is pretty without a LV, no need thousands dollars to be pretty at teen age. I don't mean to offend anyone but luxury is for mama who's making money to support. Kids learn to get a pride to buy their lux when the time comes with a good job
