Now that u mentioned, i may wanna buy the PU UNIQLO black They actually have it on HIDUPZ . Even more cheap. Another thing i agree with u ...backpack during holidays is worrisome. There is absolutely nothing wrong with counterfeit fashion items, as long as they are not fragrances, and as long as they sell for significantly less than the actual items from the manufacturers in question. *hidupz* bags are great. Prices are all around $200.

You can take your straps to the local leather shoe cobbler and get it cut. Or ask Lv who they use locally for bag repair. I cut my strap and love it now

I have this bag and love it! I dont wear it much, atlantic canadians are pretty casual! My studs on the bottom of the bag have barely any gold colour left but that is the only signs of wear and not really noticeable. Enjoy your bag, love finding fellow canadians on youtube!

No tarnishing yet on mine! Some very light scratches but nothing noticeable unless your legit examining it. I can’t say for what it will be like for longer than 6 months though as I only got mine in November... but I’ve worn her a ton since! Hope that helps 🙂

The zip is maybe a 7/10 for ease to open and the strap isn't too stiff. It feels comfortable to wear cross body so long as its not stuffed or too heavy. Never an issue when I wear it. Hope that helps :)
I saw on some bags that the zipper on the top, especially the middle part, would be a bit dented if the bag is stuffed? do you also see this? is it always the case if you carry too many items?
PS, where did you buy it? It's always sold out on the website. I used to have an SA at Yorkdale but haven't purchased anything since the pandemic and I don't think she's with LV anymore. She was great, she used to get me pieces even if they weren't available online. It's going to be difficult for me to buy this bag now since I don't have an SA anymore.
It keeps its structure very nicely. I got a bag insert for it recently because I want it to continue to keep its shape. I'd say the opening loosens out a little but not dramatically. But when the zippers are completely down its easy to access inside. I guess I was lucky, I just walked into my local LV store and they had 1 in stock. I've always had a great experience walking into the Montreal LV store even though this is the only bag I've bought from them. Maybe try getting another SA's card and tell them you'd like them to contact you when when gets in stock? That's what I would do. Hope this helps! :)

Based on my understanding, LV is transitioning all their products to only having microchip since March 2021 instead of the serial codes they used to have. I am not sure if you can go to lv to check if the item is authentic as I heard from 1 vlogger that they do not allow to check the authenticity just for the sake of verifying it. :/

Is there a small LV wallet you recommend to go with the purse? I'm thinking something little that has just enough room for a few credit cards, a drivers license, and cash. I don't have any LV small leather goods, but from your description the Victorine or the Zoé wallet could be a good fit :) they are compact and come in monogram! Hope that helps
I have the M/L with gold hardware too and also had a jumbo double flap with gold but sold the jumbo as it was too heavy and the gold made it too dressy. I really missed the jumbo size so I hunted the preloved market for a single flap jumbo with silver hardware in excellent condition. It took me 2 yrs to find one and I love the single flap as it is so much lighter!!! I was really lucky it looks brand new and I got it for an excellent price. I just read two articles that said big bags are coming back!! Plus the single flap lets you tie the chain inside so you can wear crossbody. *amzrepe*

Yes if you overstuff the bag the zipper at the top doesn’t stay straight so it’s best not to overstuff it!

Is there a small LV wallet you recommend to go with the purse? I'm thinking something little that has just enough room for a few credit cards, a drivers license, and cash. I'm getting my wife this purse for Christmas because of your review. I like this better then the Alma BB monogram because it's a simpler and doesn't look like an advertisement for Louis Vuitton LOL. The wallet can be a monogram since it will go in the purse. Thanks for a great review!
I don't have any LV small leather goods, but from your description the Victorine or the Zoé wallet could be a good fit :) they are compact and come in monogram! Hope that helps

I paid 2k for mine last week
I have the M/L with gold hardware too and also had a jumbo double flap with gold but sold the jumbo as it was too heavy and the gold made it too dressy. I really missed the jumbo size so I hunted the preloved market for a single flap jumbo with silver hardware in excellent condition. It took me 2 yrs to find one and I love the single flap as it is so much lighter!!! I was really lucky it looks brand new and I got it for an excellent price. I just read two articles that said big bags are coming back!! Plus the single flap lets you tie the chain inside so you can wear crossbody. *amzrepe*

Who cares what someone has or doesn’t have. It doesn’t make you any better than anybody else. Real or fake. It’s nobody’s business unless you’re paying their bills. I think some people are just butt hurt by the fact that they spent $5,000 on a handbag and anyone can get LYXBAGS that looks identical for a few hundred bucks or less. Stop worrying about stuff that doesn’t matter.
