hey guys! Today I have a comparison video in collab with one of my favorite RUclipsrs @MelissaAdams-Wade We wanted to share our personaly thoughts in regards to these two Louis Vuitton classics: the Louis Vuitton Speedy B 25 vs the Alma BB. Both of my pieces are in the damier ebene print. I have raved about the Speedy B 25, however, the Alma BB is fairly new in my collection and I love the the style so much. Both the Speedy B 25 and Alma BB have some similarities but I do think they are very different as well. Hope you guys enjoy! XO. ❤️

I absolutely love both handbags! I’d pick the Alma bb since I sold 2 Speedy B’s many years ago.
Its nice hearing how we all have diff perspectives in regards to these pieces. I really do think they are both soo different.
Speedy b 25 is my go to bag for when I travel. Very easy to take walking around when I travel and go sightseeing all day.

I ve had both(Alma bb is my first Lv bag purchased in the store and Speedy 25 i ve had it for a month and then i ve exchanged it with the Speedy 20 monogram).I must say that i kinda regret it bcuz i use to like the speedy 25 on my body frame, it was the perfect size for me.Anyway i love both and i hope that one day i will repurchase it 😊
Congrats on your goodies. The only think I dont love too much about the Speedy 20 is that it pops out on my body a little more than Id like, sorta like the Alma.
Im sure you'll add the 25 again at some point ☺️

I have the exact same Speedy and it’s one of my most used bags. So perfect for Utah winters. I did pick up the navy Alma BB in epi but haven’t used it yet. I have until tomorrow to decide if she stays or goes back. Very informative video! 💙

But I do want the Alma for special events from work since she is more dressier like you said.
I think they are totally different bags and would serve different purposes in my collection.

I own both, the speedy b in damier ebene, the alma in black epi. I use the alma mostly for events where i don’t need to bring a lot like dinners, wedding, etc. the speedy i use for everything cuz it can fits more and it’s a more worry free bag. Sudden rain? no problem! So yeah out of the two, if you can only get one i would also recommend the speedy b (in fact you’re the one who influenced me 😁). But the alma is so pretty though and was lucky enough to score mine preloved. so if all you need is a phone, small wallet, lipstick, and keys then yeah the alma could be your evryday bag too.

I use the speedy strap on my Alma I own both bags and I love both my most used bag is the speedy B same print

May, use your bags. Don’t worry about the leather. As Minnie from minks4all says “ she will not put them in a bubble” they are meant to be worn. Unless, you are going to sell them, then, that’s another story.
I think the Alma bb is for times when you want essentials. Night out with the hubby or friends.

Hi May, loved this comparison. I do not have either one of them. I am thinking of getting my first lv bag. I am leaning towards leather than canvas so you have suggestion if speedy 25 in empreinte leather is a good option?
Hi, I personally love the Speedy in Canvas as I feel LV canvas is so hardwearing. From what I have heard about the Sppedy B 25 in leather is that it is a bit more structured therefore is a bit large on crossbody. Chase Aime has a great review on hers if you want to check out her channel. 🙂 Hope that helps
