New England Scholastic Honers Band March 17th, 1983.

This is from a collection of helical scan recordings archived at Portsmouth High School in NH. It looks like NYC. The talking by the announcer is annoying and comical but thankfully he stops. I was surprised to hear the band play Grandioso arranged by Warren Muchemore. It is really well done. A lot of Portsmouth kids in this band.
