Interior has all the mod cons no expense spared on the use of wood screws and duct tape. The dials and switches labled in sharpie is the chefs kiss. 😆😁
I was a regular at Sears Point and Laguna Seca in the 80's and well remember the GTP cars. That was before the rulebook reigned them in. The were exceptionally fast.
This is all you need to drive. No unnecessary technology and electronic nannies. Just a driver in a machine
🤝
Unfortunately today's world of so-called drivers grew on video games. Gotta have every gadget to call yourself a racer these days. Tragedy.
Absolutely love these cars I grew up watching these cars and I am still a die hard IMSA fan

Like the Caprice wagon.
Does the '99 even have suspension with how low it is to the ground already?
Full adjustable, Independent pushrod suspension.
Where do you get to drive it? Other than the track. No way any state would legalize road driving.
These are full-blown race cars, purpose-built for the track. They’re not intended to be grocery-getters. 🙄
