    Model T is quite secure too, you can bind the PIN to the SD card. Without the SD card, the Trezor is useless. The safe 3, is not pratical at all to type the passprhase. im thinking in theory they could let us type the passphrase and the pin in Trezor one too if they updated the firmware.

    i like the comparison...however you left out one of the most important categories with which to compare by.... useability! (the easier to use, the more mainstream and the more people who will become new crypto users.... 2 buttons vs. touchscreen makes the cost worth it without even a 2nd thought btw....

      I actually did talk about user experience. Believe it or not, some people dont like the tiny touch screen if they have larger fingers and fat finger their pin and such. Some people prefer mechanical buttons. Larger touch screens, like NGRAVE and KEYSTONE are much better for user experience, but thats just my opinion after using all of these devices for hundreds of hours

      @@cryptorenegade Hello, the review is good after buying Trezor, how to transfer information about your saving of crypts to this usb safe and how many keys need to be written down in court so that the crypts are not taken away, the second question may seem like this question to countries even laughter will appear deep laughter I mean, but I’ll ask, we all live in this there is a war going on in the world almost in the center of Europe for the influence of the world, but they say now many will write too much, you listen to Baba Vanga too much, but despite this I will ask my question, they say this they don’t tell us, but they say that our sun shines for the glory of Allah, but they say that there will be a powerful explosion and in the whole planet there will be no Internet for several years, especially Internet phones will partially work those phones that have an old model push-button or regular wired phones like the good old Soviet times when there was no mobile phone, but in general, with this device you can save data about your crypt and not Just about this, but when will the Internet work? For those who have such wallets, the information will not disappear from them?

    If your device asks you to update without being connected to the desktop software which is where you click to update it than it might be a problem. Click the link on the Trezor Suite software to update your wallet and than confirm on the device. I have had trezor connected to my PC and without starting Trezor suite it went into bootloader and wanted an update. I ignored it and reset it with Trezor suite which did not want to update my device and verified that I had the latest update. I was always curious about what was going on.

    I want to have a portfolio of over 30 different cryptos. Does this mean I need three different cold wallets eg. Trezor T, Ledger Stax and Trezor Safe 3? I was told that this is dangerous because I could confuse the seeds but I think this would give me more safety since a theif would not not know to which wallet goes what seed and I can organize which seed to which wallet or which crypto to which wallet by using an excel file (no seeds on it). The seeds I want to keep in three differrent kinds of metal seed storages to avoid mixing up. Is this a good strategy?

    • @cryptorenegade
      @cryptorenegade  7 месяцев назад +2

      I always recommend having multiple wallets. However, security is only as strong as the user. This means you need to take full responsibility in keeping track of your own seed phrases and backups in a safe way.

    • @RemziCavdar
      @RemziCavdar 6 месяцев назад +3

      You don't need different hardware wallets to store them on 1 device. You just need to have a good backup of your recovery seed and something like Cryptotag Zeus (thick titanium plate) or Trezor Keep Metal. But I would understand once you're going to invest big in crypto, you might want different wallets, especially psychological so you can separate savings, long-term and short term maybe.
      Still, don't waste your money buying multiple hardware wallets; it's not necessary; invest in a good backup of your recovery seed phrase that's more important, especially when you either forget your pin code or when a fire happens.

    What are the fees? If I move 1 Bitcoin from my Coinbase account to the Trezor wallet, aren't the fees like $500 dollars? It doesn't make much sense to move from Coinbase and pay those ridiculous fees, and then pay the fees again when you want to cash out. So over $1000 in fees to move 1 Bitcoin back & forth.

    • @RemziCavdar
      @RemziCavdar 6 месяцев назад +5

      It makes sense because if Coinbase goes bankrupt, you lose access to your crypto, and when it's on your hardware wallet, it's safe. Remember, not your keys, not your crypto.

      Trezor's response "Yes, all Trezor devices, including both the Trezor One and the Trezor Model T, have the ability to generate a 24-word recovery seed. This seed is used as a backup to restore your wallet in case your device is lost or damaged. During the initial setup, the device will generate a recovery seed of either 12, 18, or 24 words, with 24 words being the default and most secure option."
