This is why I was excited for battle mode, not for me to play but watch content creators play against each other.

Some fun battle mode themes I’ve done with friends:
- Male characters vs Female characters
-“gang war” where you go off of the main color of cards/variants (one person uses majority blue cards the other uses majority red cards)
-MCU heroes vs villains
-X-Men
-Spiderverse characters
Those are just some fun ones I’ve done with friends! Regardless, battle mode is definitely a fun time 😁 Happy snapping!

This Battle Mode is one of the best things that could happen to the game to keep it fresh. Now we can play theme decks with friends without risking our cubes, just for pure fun. That's what it needed, a mode for pure fun, not ladder. Still waiting for that unranked mode also. Great video!!! Really fun

Cozy i got a weird ideea i think its fun for ppl, play 1 v 1 with another content creator but decks are picked in draft, like the website u used on first snapchat episodes, that can be fun looking how can u manage a deck with the resources u got

This was really cool. I need to find some people to do this with. And I hope more content creators do this and you have a chance to face off with RegisKillbin.
As for future iterations, maybe add some pool restrictions, like "50% of your deck must come from Pool 1"? Or a restriction on the card's base Power statistic, like "you cannot play cards that cost 5 or more"? Tons of ways to slice this, but by all accounts, this mode has been a major improvement to the game. Unlike Mercenaries, which turned out to be a major disaster. I mean, I give them props for trying, but it shows that not every idea that looks good on paper is going to be monetarily successful.

Progression series are really popular in the Yu-Gi-Oh community. Basically you both start on fresh accounts. And each week you open A set amount of collection level and play with those cards.

This was such a great video and I'm so glad thay battle mode exists since it allows players to just have fun and even play against creators on stream. The idea of just playing fun theme decks and playing a casual match against someone is what Ive been looking for in SNAP. Ranked is great for what it is but it can be tilting and, if you want to do well in ranked youre restricted to only using a handful of the the best decks. With battle mode you can just make whacky or themed decks since it's just for fun and at most bragging rights which is great.
However I hope they add a match making option to battle mode since atm you need to find someone to play against so battle mode is somewhat restrictive if you dont know many people who play SNAP. However most creators have a discord where players can link up with other people.

What would be cool to see is a draft/ban style system. You guys could take turns picking cards then rotate a few bans into the mix until you have a deck.

I'm sure there are other good matchups. There are plenty of Avengers and Mutants to play with. It's unfortunate however, that there doesn't seem to be enough Wakandans, Inhumans, or Asguardians yet. I think over time it will. But this seems like it would be fun to try.
I noticed last night that something seems weird with location "shuffling" between games. I had multiple blocks of games where I'd get the same location on turn one back to back. Felt really weird.
In the russian-speaking community was invented an ultimate Agatha tournament deck format.
Deck requirements:
- Deck must contain Agatha
- Battle Pass cards and Pools 4 and 5 are banned (including Zabu)
- Banned cards:
Agent 13
Black Bolt
Blade
Colleen Wing
Crystal
Doctor Octopus
Electro
Gambit
Hell Cow
Lady Sif
Leech
Magik
Moon Knight
Psylocke
Sword Master
Wave
- If locations affect Agatha (Limbo, Sokovia, etc.) - you just play the match out manually as usual.
This has proved to be more popular that any other format for the time being in the community.

Hey Cozy, you think when we actually start to do more tournaments that we'll ever do GA'd (Gentleman's Agreement) Cards like they do in the CDL (Call of Duty League) with certain guns that are just overpowered or bland the competitive scene and leave for no diversity in tournament?

Note: Bast, Death, and Knull were omitted as borderline and considered more Supernatural than Alien.

Lol daily bugle basically doubles the mind games in this
Theme: Animals and Insects.
They either need to be an animal (like Goose) or be named after an animal (like Wolverine). Same with Insects. That should be a decent sized pool of cards for some variety in decks.

Updated idea of Cozy and Molt look alike. Cozy is the star on a movie set, and Molt is his stunt double. They look alike and have similar energy, but Cozy has fancier hair because he is camera ready. =)
