The depo shot (injection) for contraception I find amazing! No periods and I haven’t experienced any mood changes or anything, I’ve been on it for 5 years xx
I like watching Girl talk videos/vlogs as it helps to educate myself and learn nee things. I think all you females are amazing for what you have to go through with periods and with choosing contraception on top of that and the fact in can have side effects on you as well. I'm on the contraceptive patch and had no problems. Literally just a little square sticker (you can shower and go swimming it doesn't come off) you change it once a week for 3 weeks, then have a patch free week where you'll have a breakthrough bleed/period :) I wear mine on my stomach, but you can put it anywhere apart from on your boobs x

For period cramps feminax does work, sometimes i used to think it was my period and it turned out it was ibs 🤷♀️

I think there's a copper coil that doesn't add any extra hormones to your body but I'm on the depo provera injection and I don't get periods at all x
