Best foxhole memory so far. Got into an altrecation with an enemy, we were both new, and he started bleeding out. I acted as a medic, but didnt have what i needed to fix him up, so i picked him up, and that stopped the bleeding. So, with an enemy over my shoulders, i started looking for someone with medic supplies (I am a silly roleplayer...). I got turned around, and well, decided that I WILL DO WHAT I CAN TO SAVE THIS BRAVE SOLDIERS LIFE! So, i couldnt take him to my side, because he would be shot... So i went behind enemy lines, calling for medics... Deep behind enemy lines. But his uniform covered mine, and who questions someone carrying back one of yours. Eventually i found someone, but alas we didnt have the time. the dude bled out before he could be healed. Now the group of enemies notices my uniform... And i get a group salute, and a escort back to my side. All that episode found me with a big smile on my face
@@elysiumg4laxy It was purdy amazing. Its also perhaps the best "Realistic war experience" a game have ever gioven me. Foxhole does that on its own by you, but well, that realy felt like something that Does happen in war, since humans are humans.
@@KamiRecca Been playing bf1 for a couple of years and it gave me a good immersion into the game, but i randomly stumbled upon foxhole, and with all the tasks there are, frontline, logistics, it really seems a great game, with also all of the great stories. I was thinking about getting the game, however the price is still steep, probably will end up getting whenever it drops a fair bit.
@@elysiumg4laxy Imma gonna say like this: Foxhole is a game you play in either one or 2 modes. You play to experience the Battles, or you play to experience the War. If you just wanna get into the battles, have a great (GREAT) time, and find some friends, then its not worth the full pricetag (Well, i think it is Worth it, concidering its a third of the price for a cheap AAA game, but you might not want to pay that ammount, and thats fine) If you want to experience the War, lets call that Advanced Mode, its Totaly worth the money, but also requires the dedication to have an impact on the war. Do wait on a sale, and do try it out. We got ships now :)
@@KamiRecca Those are very valid points, ima see if i can somehow convince a friend to also get it while waiting for a sale, very appreciated man, wish we could play together if i decide to buy it or not
@@Nani_M Yarr, and the Wardens have been getting more and more furries. The lines are blurring, soon we'll all just be part of the Hanged Furry Fembois, shouting cum and staring at feet pics all day. We will have achieved critical horny.
@@jmanthackdaddy we don’t smell… though I will say we are mad. When you play with the colonials it’s all “charge like mad men, not one step back, and mass produce so much armor that the wardens can’t handle anything. Strike fast, strike hard, never give ‘em room to breath.” That’s the colonial style/way. Often more then not when I play as colonial. I find myself making impossible pushes, with nothing but a flak vest with a HMG & some ammo. Or mounting a tank and causing so much havoc that the wardens actually get scared at the sight of us. To be colonial. Is to fight tooth and nail for every inch of ground. With at times nothing but the pistol in your hand.

I was playing Colonial for my very first time playing Foxhole, this was an interaction between me and a Warden. Me: "How does it feel to be an asshole!?" Warden: "Pretty damn good!" Me: "Yea, I got drafted yesterday..." Warden: "Well you're gonna die today!" Me: "I don't think so." Warden: "What if I think so?" Me: "What if I don't? Warden: "Well... Shit..."
That's also what I did. My clan are a multi gaming group who started in PlanetSide 2, so our inclination is to get a variety show out of our gaming experience. I joined as a Colly in 103, but have now played a handful of wars on each side as my clan moves back and forth.
When I started, I played strictly Warden. I quit playing a few years ago, but if I ever come back to the game, I'm going to change things up and strictly play Warden.
I taught about 8 new players yesterday. I teach them whatever they want to learn; logistics, combat, engineering, trenches and bunkers, artillery, facilities, vehicle crewing, you name it I teach it. Probably have taught about 100+ players in the past 2 years.
Wow! Nicely done! Wish I could commend you through RUclips! Seriously you deserve some kind of medal or something. Wish there were like titles for players in game like "mentor" or teacher or something ha
@@RobertLovesGames This morning I taught 4 more, and two Russians that spoke no English. I don't speak Russian, but I have a script I read off and then send them to Russian clans and the frontline.
You Wardens never give us enough time to shower, dangit. Not our fault our regions have actual daylight so we have swamp *ss, while your farts freeze in air.
Honestly I love how the majority of the lore in game is essentially player stories rather than stuff the developers came up with. You hear about Jade Cove much more than you hear about the Velian Proxy Wars and to me that's part of the joy of Foxhole. Creating these epic moments that'll live on throughout Foxhole's history and be spread to new players so that they get inspired to take part in their own epic battles. I'd love a deep dive into the player made Lore from you Rob ;) You may think that Bear or Freerk would do it better, but I'd still love to see it from you!
It does seem to be that way. So I'm sure what even I said is not completely right. I kind of like the player made stories better though. And thank you for saying that! Means a lot! Maybe one day! Seems like it would be a really big project right now.
I played Warden since it was free so I'm a Warden loyalist. Back then Warden wasn't in the North tho, it was in the East(?) and the capital used to be Endless Shores.
What i also grew to like is like the french astetic of the wardens, while the collies have a more american, mass produced ww2 look the wardens carry a rather ww1 more antique/idk fantasy like astetic
"Organized Chaos" seems like the best way to describe Collie tactics hahaha I'm all for asymmetry and play collie most of the time, but my favorite tank is the Devitt T_T (The Bard is fun too though, they have the most talkative crews hahaha)
Yeah that is very accurate... Nothing is co ordianted it's just turn up work out whats going on and deal with it. Which somewhat benefits smaller clans like one or many more groups with tanks and hopefully another with couple of artillery. And a bunch of random idiots making up infantry. just a collection of proffessional idiots who all agree that one should kill warden.
@@davidty2006 It is kind of impressive how us colonials just kinda look at each other and go "Ight" and just organise despite everything. Randoms do the fighting, clans do the producing from what I've learned
From what I know of the lore, Callahan united the North under his rule and constructed the Bulwark to defend his territory. Eventually, his ambitions grew, and he pushed South past the Bulwark. The southern hexes panicked and sought aid from the Colonials. The Colonials jumped at the chance to put the Wardens in their place, and launched a counter offensive, eventually breaking through the Bulwark. Callahan was slain in battle, and he became a martyr. The remaining Wardens rallied and defeated most of the Colonials, forcing them out and back to the South. The endless war has been going on now for so long that we’re forced to use scrap fields of wreckage to build more equipment, and with resources now so scarce, we have to construct lower quality and less powerful weapons that require less materials. That’s why relic weapons are so good; they were made back when both sides had vast amounts of resources.
The timeline is somewhat different. The southern hexes are actually just a piece of Veli. It used to be a kingdom allied to Caoiva. Eventually a civil war between the king and republicans started, with Wardens creating a new army for Veli (Hands of Veli) and Colonials supported and put their own people to the republican side. The civil war stayed on Velian territory. Caoiva subjugated northern Veli while the rest became a state in the Mesean republic. Only two centuries later, when the real Great Wars started did Colonials actually attack Caoiva directly and push past the Bulwark.
I see the foxhole lore and factions as like the warhammer 40k lore, each side have done a lot of good for themselves by doing a lot of bad. so if everyone is guilty of being evil then there is no point in arguing who is "good" or in the right. Each side has been accused and found guilty of having child soldiers and committing numerous war crimes against one another. War crimes which "don't actually exist" in the foxhole world because...it's world is constantly at war, I think?😅
This is a great write up of the lore! I knew I wouldn't do it justice. It seems a lot of players have different ways of telling the story. Thanks for sharing this!
I first picked warden during war 106 watching some friends stream it over discord. They were screaming and dying under intense artillery and caught in tank battles as poor infantry. I think the magic of it all was that they told me that everything was player built and produced, and I thought it was fascinating. Im the last one to still play foxhole, but Im still far in the backlines making fun toys so that the boys in the front can have fun.
Sounds similar to my experience watching others play it. As soon as someone said everything was player made I was sold ha. And again it sounds like your experience is similar to mine :D Keep up the good logi work! Thanks for sharing your experience and story!
Ayy, we started playing in the same war man! I spend most of my time in the east, fighting from Morgens to all the way back to Great Warden Dam. My most notable moment was at Fort Esterwild, early-early mid war. We captured, built it, defended it and lost it in 1 single day.
For lore stuff: Wardens are a military alliance of several northern nations, mainly being Caoiva, a large trade empire, and the Nevish. Unknown Government type, but speculated to either monarchies, or oligarchies. Warden territory extended all the way to the Bulwark which was once its southern border with the nation of Veil. With the culture being a mix of Celtic, Germanic, Nordic, and Anglen. Heavily inspired by Northern European cultures. Heavily influenced by traditions. The Colonial Legion are the military of the Mesean Republic, a federation/confederations of republic city states, and nations. We know more about the government, with it being a republic with a senate as its head. Unknown if it is a Modern Republic, or a Classical Republic. Heavily based on the Roman Republic, with cultures being a mix of Latin, Helein, modern Italian and Greek, and North African. Monoculture, member states are assimilated into the Republics overall culture but do keep aspects of the original. Again, very similar to the Roman Republic in that regard. Veil was once a buffer state between the Wardens, and Colonials. Original a monarchy, Veil underwent two civil wars, both of these were a proxy war between the Wardens and Colonials. Warden supported the monarchy, while the Colonials supported the republican revolution. First civil war the monarchists won, while in the second civil war the republicans won. After that Veil, now a newly formed Republic, joined the Mesean Republic as a member state. Northern Veil is the southern part of the map below the Bulwark. As for the war between Wardens a Colonials, Colonials say wardens attack them first, mainly attacking Veil. Wardens says Colonials attacked first. We don't actually know who attack first. With the current in lore border between the two being along the river mercy which run though the middle of in game map. And is the normal starting border in NvS wars. That a basic run down of lore. Bunch more stuff other than that. Fun facts: Both factions allow men and women to serve in the military, both in game, and in the lore. Colonial Vehicles are either names after Weapons or Greek-Roman Myths. Also, Roman related animals like the scorpion. Warden Vehicles are varied in name, and i do not get the theme of them. They are werid. The Colonial Legion may refer to the entire Mesean Military, or just to military force stationed in Veil. In either case, most of the colonial player characters in lore would mostly be from Veil. Both sides in lore have aircraft, we just never seen them outside of home regions, and crashes in the world. Warden Vehicles are treated more like works of art and are way more artistic in design. Colonial Vehicles are more utilitarian, and more like tools. Propaganda Wise, Wardens focus on tradition and protecting culture and legacy. Use that kind of thinking when doing Warden propaganda. While Collies should focus more on the ideas of Progress and lean into the republic aspect of the faction. Like how they fight for "Democracy and True Freedom".
Warden equipment are normally named after the person who invented them or after callahan. And scorpions are actually a type of weapon romans used think of it as a upscaled crossbow on wheels. Its was normally used for field artillery but could have been for defensive use as well.
That’s a pretty good rundown of the lore. To add a bit more of the nations on each side, the Nevish Alliance consists of Nicnevin (leader and basically the only reason the Wardens still exist) Caoiva (who’s government-in-exile is in Nicnevin), Sorovia (which seems pretty hardcore according to the Chronicles of Ashes story set there), Edel, and possibly Wenitai. The Wardens are explicitly Caoivish, though part of the north west corner of the map is Nicnevin. For the Colonials, well there are a ton of nations that make up their allies/colonies. The most important are Mesea (the leader and the name for the empire as a whole; it’s like Rome the city and Rome the empire), Kraunia (makes several of the tanks the Colonials use), and, perhaps most relevant to the game, Veli. Veli includes up all the bottom hexes of the map including Therizio, and maybe even further north, and it’s suspected that most if not all of the Colonials we play as are Velians. Another nation of importance is Estrella, which is a neutral nation that sells to both sides. Basically, anything that can be made by both factions is in lore an Estrellian design. Strangely though, there’s some evidence to suggest that they are at least represented in the Mesean senate.
I'm a Colonial loyalist, but I'm with you on the perspective players should have about winning the war. Yes, the goal of your faction is to win, but most of the fun you'll have is in the process, not the result. I remember a war shortly before the Navy update: We were on the brink of a loss. I ended up going to Handsome Hideaway ("Cuba"), which was just a solid fortress of concrete the Wardens were trying to break with storm cannons and beach landings. We were running low on supplies, and our supply line had been cut. There was not a single wrench or radio on the island. In the greater context of the war, our little island actually was meaningless. However, it was fun fighting simply to outlast our VP towns, under such unique circumstances.
Exactly! Well said! I really like that line and may have to steal it for a video in the future :D See that is where some of the fun can be as well! Not being the last hex to fall. It's like its own little battle while losing lol. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this! Appreciate it!
Reminder, Treat new players like you would've liked to be treated when you first started, regardless of which side they picked first. We were all new at one point.
my first experience with the game i had someone who was rping a drill sergent. Some other new player and I (it was christmas so they were like 10 of us) was following this guy on the camp as he explained us how things work in the game. Then he decided that he will guide us to the battlefield. Unfortunatly he was the first to die wich lead to a lot of panic in the squad. It was my first experience in this game and one of my best
My first inter faction conversation went like this Me: “Sigh, one day and I’m already dying” Warden scum: “Haha! I killed a green dude! *gets shot* oh no a green dude killed me” Me: “first day?” Warden scum: “yea” Me: “me too!” Warden scum: “yay! A friend!” Warden medic: “he’s not your friend” Warden scum: “why not” Warden medic: “he’s green” Me: “but I want a friend” Warden medic: *shoots me* Warden scum: “NOOO YOU KILLED MY FRIEND”
As a proud Warden player, i would note that i love both the snowy mountains and the green pastures, and thats okay! Because we wont have any trouble liberating those pastures
when i got foxhole on Christmas, i got into the game the second it finished downloading. About an hour later, i was wearing a warden parka. Standing next too a fire with my new comrades in the middle of a snow storm. Right nex too one of the games many old bridges before the map update put an end to 'most' bridge fighting. I went with the wardens cause i saw videos about the 82DK with its warhammer 40k Krieg and foxhole culture blend. It enraptured me, so i immediately knew which side i wanted to be in before i even got the game. Also blue is my favorite color and i love winter land fictional nations. "Soldiers of the Frozen North" and all that. Stuck with the 82nd for roughly a year until the naval update came. Then i went too the Warden Navy and been there ever since crewing warships. I like foxhole naval warfare, standing on the deck of a ship. Most navy games make you command the ship or a fleet. But i prefer a simpler role such as a Gun loader or Damage Controlman. Something about being the link in a chain always felt nice too me. I never changed factions, always been a warden. I'm a clan man, a lazy one granted, but when i choose a side i typically stick with em. And foxhole always struck me as the sort of game were you choose a camp and stuck with it. I don't mind the casuals that switch at there own whim tho. This is just how i am.
Regarding terrain advantages (disclosure - I'm neutral but generally Warden): Wardens: There are significant chokepoints that exist within the world terrain modelling that do not exist in colonial hexes (I'm thinking of most of Callahan's Pass, Marban & Viper) which allows for smaller populations to survive much longer than they would otherwise. This does not mean they're guaranteed successes but rather more resilient than otherwise. Colonial: Their greatest strength is their greatest weakness = open and buildable land. With fewer chokepoints they require manpower present throughout the war to build-up and maintain key infrastructure which is something they can struggle with. However when they do build they get a unique advantage most Warden base locations do not: the land isn't 'area obstructed hell'. While I've definitely experienced such hell's south of the Bulwark it's near constant north of it. The Bulwark: The bulwark is the Colonial's best friend..... until it isn't. Early war it's like every warden chokepoint thrown into one sliver on each relevant map but once the bulwark is breached reliably at any point it becomes more of a pain in the ass than anything else. You can't flank the enemy base by surprise if it takes 1/2 of a hex or more to do so - especially if they hold the other opening.
Oh brother... i see you haven't been for long time in Great march its open and yet on like 1/3 of map you have area obstructed. But generaly speaking i agree as builder there is way more area which can be build tho it also needs more know how in terms of doing more elaborate defences, fallback points, presume and cover all most possible aproach vectors or even what is worth defending or what can or should be not build.
This is how I kind of think about the terrain as well. A lot more chokepoints on the Warden side. Colonials have to "build" a lot of their own chokepoints it seems. And you are right the Bulwark works for the Colonials at first but then is used against them when like 3/4th of the war is over. Thanks for your insight on this really appreciate it!
i dont know about now since the puddle update, but i personally think snow was way easier to deal with than mud. i hated walking to my tank and then realizing i couldnt get in anymore cus there was a speck of mud on my boots
This used to be true, then the Devs added lots of nice space to go around the mountains in Stilcan and Clastra, meaning narrow hard to build in areas with insufficient howis and AT, so it looks good but dies horribly to collie ballista rushes, and can be entirely flanked in the remade hexes. Map is 100% in favor of the colonials, especially when killer snow storms stop your scrooping for days.
For Callahan!! I talked about that in My morale video I just posted a couple of weeks ago! But you are right I should have had a short blurb on it when talking about culture. My bad!
wardens are more defensive type gameplay and oriented to more expensive and powerfull vehicles/equipment, while colonials are all about offensive gameplay and cheap equipment
though sadly, looking at the current balance... it seems colonial vics became both, cheap and more powerfull. I know a lot of RNG is involved at tank figthing, but that RNG really dislikes Blue side... since 1 bardish can solo kill 2 Silverhands(has 2 guns of 40mm and 68mm) Yeh, 1 tank with 68 cannon, can kill 2 tanks with 4 cannons... You tell me how balanced this is... when both tanks cost the same.
Lore wise, this is somewhat true. Gameplay wise this is incorrect. Both factions have to be aggressive because the only way to win is to take territory. Additionally, there are only a handful of items the collies have that are functionally cheaper. Much of the vehicle/small arm/hand explosive equipment is priced similarly.
@@augiz261 Funny as when I played warden after being a collie it confirmed my thought that the warden line is way more powerfull and can easily be created in opposition to a collonial line that need way more coordination, strange doctrines and lots of facility locked variants to work.
@@augiz261 Are we gonna choose to not bring up the bardiche is both slower and only has a 35m ranged gun? Very dishonest telling of events and if 2 silverhands lose to one bardiche thats just skill issue since they could out mauver and out range the Bardiche very easily.
its a reference to the 40k Or gods Gork and Mork. One is more brutal, the other focuses more on tactics, but both like to fight. (Translation for the Orks: WAAAAGH)
I think you did a pretty good job with explaining balance. I might have added sort of "themes" to that section. Like how Wardens have more options for flamethrowers, stronger vehicle based flamethrowers, and a better fire rocket vehicle which a new player might find cool and want to check out. Or that the Colonial "Design Philosophy" is for higher HP tanks that are faster and the Warden "Design Philosophy" is for slower, heavier armored tanks. That sort of thing. Overall good video :)
Thank you! I think I certainly could have gone a lot more in depth but I didn't want the video to be to long because it was more aimed at new players trying to pick a faction. Maybe some day I will have more time for a more in depth look at all the equipment on each side. Thanks for your kind words!
That would be nuts! Anvil Empires is going to have 3 factions. Historically though in other games normally the 3rd faction is constantly getting stomped by the other two factions so I'm not quite sure how that will play out.
The Hanged Men faction. It's a canon lore group made up of deserters of the other two factions. It would be nice to have a special war where they are involved.
As someone who has only around fifty or so hours in the game (seems like more than it is to a new player), this is a great guide, and is very well written.
Foxhole's asymmetry is great but yeah the balance pendulum always sways. I agree with Robert that you should try both factions but those interested in the technical strengths here is a vet's breakdown: Colonials have better grenades, mobility, and infantry support. But requires cooperation and facilities to play effectively. Wardens have better "one man army" infantry gear, armored vehicles, and artillery. But requires joining a regiment to play effectively. Everything else is kinda balanced, both factions have "very close equivalences"; for example the colonial Argenti Rifle is about the same as the warden Bakerow Rifle, etc. The real difference kicks in when you compare their unique strengths, for example the colonial Hatchet light tank is just objectively worse than the warden Devitt light tank because the warden one has more armor, because it just does. But yeah play both, the culture is what makes you stay on the faction you like.
I don't like to give any grief to the devs when it comes to balance because it seems like this game would be really hard to balance with all those different types of equipment and vehicles ya know? Thanks for the breakdown! And thanks for agreeing with me to play both! And well said! Thanks for your thoughts on all this!
Hatchet has higher lower armor bounce chance but it's armor decays faster. As to infrty equipment the Blakrow it's lighter and 3 taps compared to Argenti which 2 taps blakrow also has 15 rounds to 12. So they down the same amount blakrow just does it slower
After watching a lot of your videos I finally turned my headset on and finally joined a small group working an operation. It didn’t go well but I learned how much it does help to just talk.
Nice! That's awesome to hear you joined a small operation! Sorry it didn't go well! That's why we learn from the failures and try better next time :D Thanks for sharing that!
When you see colonial weapons, vehicles, and roles, you'd think it would be the mobile assault faction that can reposition and redeploy armor and firepower to where they are needed and keep up the attack in different directions. But it has dispersed, but rapid, firepower over a wider area. When you see the wardens, you'd think they are the methodical breakthrough faction with more long range options, concentrated firepower, and speed but harder to redeploy and reposition elsewhere. The reality is that what you see isn't what'd you get and the real question is which color do you like more; green or blue?
Yes but coli 150 out ranges warden arty plus it hits like a truck but it can't hit the broad side of a barn. VS the warden 150 with less damage and range but more accurate so more constant damage.
lol! As I mentioned I think you can get into a lot of the more specific things about a faction the longer you play. But overall if you are casual or just starting out then yes do you like green or blue? ha Thanks for sharing your perspective on this!
Green vs blue, exactly why I picked the wardens even though I think collie equipment looks cooler, I like blue. I think I might try collies next war, this is my first one
Thank you! I've had some lore people reach out to me and they might help me get some more accurate information about the lore and maybe I will make it a future video :D Appreciate your saying that!
@@RobertLovesGames actually due to player queue limits the amount of tanks on the field is often quite equal between sides. If colonials are not given a larger player queue, "cheap but spammable" is simply "cheap".
In terms of play style I generally describe it as this to new players: Warden: Mostly favors a strong defense with slower and more expensive vehicles that are normally quite tanky or if not that then its about kiting the colonials. As the war goes on wardens get strong enough to counter attack the collies and retake their land and eventually pushing into green starting territory. Overall warden equipment is highly specialized to a very specific scenario in which they excel, with the base variant of their armored unites especially being the most general use and practical. If you want to larp a desperate defense with waves of bolt actions vs an all consuming seemingly unstoppable green terror in a frozen bloody hell only to turn the tables and squeak out a valiant but costly victory... you go warden. Also they have Callahan, god, and anime on their side! Colonials: Mostly favor an unrelenting attack with faster and cheaper vehicles. You start off the war with a very heavy infantry kit advantage that you for the most part keep until late war, albeit the wardens catch up in some regards. Overall colonial equipment follows are more generalist approach to how their equipment functions and how effective it is, with it's base line vehicle variants being just that, base line but capable of being upgraded into terror inspiring weapons of war. Their style of combat is meant to be of a combined arms meets mass assault approach as your tanks are not going to be able to break through without infantry to support them, but once they do break through they have the firepower and mobility to punish warden blunders very hard. If you want larp as a crusader of the premier military and economic power valiantly liberating to world's people from oppressive dictatorships and tyrannical kings... you go colonial. Also they have two very valuable tools that the wardens don't, grit and skill... and Thea Maro's feet pics grant them the strength to slay 1000 wardens each.
I like these explanations! I think they would give new players a good understanding of each faction. Thanks for sharing this! I hope new players see this and it helps them decide which faction to join!
Asymetrical warfare … pfff … early midwar, colonials become pretty fucked because of tank warden bias … wardens have more range, more speed and can kite colonials with ease. Colonials should make up with manpower but there is no manpower as most people join wardens … especially new players who got influenced by streamers and vet players which wanna play with good equipment. At some point I can understand … wardens do have better toys. and men love playing with big and awesome toys. asymetrical warfare … colonials have less range, less speed, less armor and less manpower. Warden Vehicles are specialised in anti infantry. Makes menpower pretty obsolete. That’s too much asymmetry …
@@vitocorleone7380mid game tanks are coli favored slightly with the Ltd and kranny being the better tank then the divvit. But the Ironhide is the better normal basic tank fight of shot and retreat with it's higher bounce chance.

Great video! As a mostly new player to the community, I've enjoyed interactions with both Wardens and Colonials. It's a great experience in either faction! P.S. If that was you helping us load rockets earlier, thank you!
Collie and only Colonial since the 9 map days. That said, I've had lots of fun doing POW RP and shit talking the other side (never anything too serious).
Hello, I found your channel by chance, I have more than 900 hours played and all of them as a casual player, changing factions in each war, I do not join any regiment because I usually only play 1 or 2 hours in my free time, every time I appear In a base I take my time to see what they are doing, if they need defense I build, if they need resources I steal a truck and bring things, if the area is quiet I go to another base that needs soldiers and I never get bored haha. Good video.
I have only 10 hours in the game, started playing like some days ago and I chose warden. The community actually is so damn nice so far! I know that it's too early to tell, but I've had genuinely fun experience with you guys! People seem super nice and patient towards new players, always generous to teach them some things (including me). I'm a very huge overthinker and it's not even funny, I really hate that about myself. I would always think for days about those little choices which for some reason matter to me so much (even as little as picking a faction in a videogame). I really like a lot of stuff from both of the factions and I'm SUPER torn apart on which to choose. Thank you Robert for helping me to make my choice and to the guys in comments who talk about the lore who made me more assured that I've picked a side that I really want! Wardens have got themselves a new medic
Некоторые игроки жалуются на минусы оружия своей фракции, но надо понимать что вооружение фракции имеет свой характер и характер игрока и его действия должны совпадать, что бы добиться эффективности.
my first time gaming, i was wandering around and got picked up by a group of tankers on the wardens side, their driver had to leave and I got introduced pretty quickly to drive a tank and went on in to do some crazy stuff until we died, it was fun to play with them, ill never forget them!
Picking a faction is easy: Step 1) choose a faction based on the drip Step 2) lose/win the war Step 3) blame the loss on the faction and pick the other faction / attribute the victory to the faction and pick the same faction
I think faction loyalism is an amazing aspect about the game and something that can make players enjoy the game that much more once they find the right faction.
10/10 video I agree with everything . I’m a warden loyalist with over 1000 hours. I really really enjoyed the aesthetic of the warden military their tanks look cool and I love the blakerow rifle with bayonet. hopping in trenches just chasing people down while they scream for help is the funniest thing in foxhole 😂
I just joined Wardens cuz some of the guns have Finnish names so it would figuratively said be treason if I didn’t join the faction with most Finland references
ive never played foxhole but i can speak for enjoying the losing side of a war more than being on the winning team, theres something special about knowing you will lose the war/battle and switching into the mindset of "HOLD THE LINE NO MATTER THE COST"
You could have touched on Countries that gravitate to specific factions. For example, Russians, South Americans, Chinese are largely found on Colonials. French, North Americans, Germans are found on Wardens. There are people from these countries that are on the other factions but by in large by the largest clans this is accurate.
That's true! I didn't think about that! Thanks for adding that and hopefully some people will see this if they want to take that into consideration when picking a faction.
Imagine a game like this where you could collectively vote on user made factions that have customizable uniform colors and helmets, and have customizable flags, and names to use in each war
With my limited time on the front, I have noticed that the wardens have way way more high ranked players than the collonials do. I am only a Captain, but ive been on several fronts where i was the highest rank in the whole region. While, every time i killed a warden, they were a Col/Brig/Gen. A bit disheartening
It can be but rank does not mean anything in my opinion. I'm a Col and when I'm on the front I'm a complete potato. I wouldn't take the ranks to seriously and just make sure you are having fun :D
Brother, i learned about this game existance like 5 hours ago, i fell in love with it right away and now im craving to play it, hoping to get my hands on it in a few days. Now with that said, i can see the "competitive" aspect on which some could base their faction decision... for me tho, Wardens looks like Europa and thats enough to fight for them to death!!!
That's great to hear! Feel free to DM me on discord if you have any questions about the game or if you need help learning how to play! And I will be Warden next war :D That was my first choice when I first started playing as well!
So I''ve mostly just played Collonial (Warden once I think, but my buddies always pick collie first), but as a logi player who hates driving but enjoys doing bigger container ship runs, one potential terrain advantage that makes me incredibly jealous is just looking at the beautifully straight and convenient rivers that the north side has. Evenly spaced shipyards and rivers that don't meander all over the damned place. Much of the southern rivers are borderline unusable due to how they triple the journey time, which forces me to work nearer the seas.
best Foxhole memory. i'm a Warden loyalist and generally make solo plays. I can recall a handful of plays where I work with a few people, I'm not even that good at all. But one of the best plays I've ever made was when I found a bunch of tank prototype, I kept and hid 2 for myself. Half way through the war, I met 2 Colonial roleplayers and convinced them that I can give them 2 tank prototypes in exchange for some intel and 4 sets of Colonial weapons. After, I traded the 4 sets of Colonial gear for an Outlaw that needs repairs. Might not be a big game changer, but I was really satisfied with the trade ups through roleplaying with both sides.
Like you said Wardens are for sure more organized by large factions, and drama is more faction focused. While on the colonials its like you said more laid back for small groups or randoms, mainly on the fact that individual groups can do more or have more impact but its also as a result organized chaos. Where usually good logi etc from the colonial side comes from individual groups feeding the chat and map requests constantly and bad logi is caused by players that may ignore those requests. Base building can also be more unique on the colonial end but experience builders usually end up taking care of it most of the time on both sides. When it comes to war you typically on the colonial side see more random players gathering random players together to do either a coin flip on a super good idea or a very troll(or sometimes lucky) zerg rush, either way it is very fun. While the wardens seem more organized by squads and groups which can be pretty cool to see some huge faction pull up on your front line and cause you to win a town or two overnight. I find the two cultures to be very fitting with what equiptment each side has, the colonial culture is perfect for early rushing and chaos, while the warden structure is great for that mid/late game when those defenses start doing their job and those pricy tanks start rolling out. So many games where I play colonial and we take most of the map but run into the brick wall that is the Wardens homelands to only be pushed all the way back to the open plains.
@RobertLovesGames Great video and solid takes, though I'm a Warden loyalist so I'm a bit biased. I really love the lore in this game and for anyone looking for a good resource for getting started (it really should be only a start if you're interested, there's a lot more) @FreerkHoltes has a solid video going over it. I really love that they're able to side step the issue of who's right or wrong in the war by all info being in universe and therefore biased from it's source and centuries old. So most everything is just down to the propaganda and rumor's each side have created over the course of the war and the ancient relics/statues built back before everything went to shit. We have some of what happened and when by cross referencing stuff from different sources, but we have almost no idea why because people just don't say or sources differ and we have no clue who's right or if anyone is. And watching the same stretch of land go from a green lush field to a muddy hellscape over the course of a week hits different when you know the history behind it. Damn, watching your videos reminds me why I love this game so much.
Thank you! I respect the loyalism and am glad to hear that you know you might be biased :D I will have to go check that out! I have had some lore community members reach out to me to help me understand it better. I'm so glad my videos help you to enjoy Foxhole more! That comment made my day! Thank you!
I know right?!? A decade for this game is coming up! And agreed it does keep it interesting! I wouldn't mind if they ever had a wacky war where they did something like "Foxhole Classic" Something before the 1.0 update or something. Might be fun to do again but I can see why they would never do it as well.
my main queston is how the wars repeate from the same starting point and how this is handeled in lore i think it would be cool if all wars are cannon and it's just history repeating its self
I might be wrong about this but I think people in the lore community consider a “new war” like the faction that has rallied the troops have pushed back to the “starting point”. I could be wrong though.
Nothing that happens in the player wars is canon in the in-game lore. The general timeframe is that it takes place during the end of the major wars where both sides are throwing wherever they can cobble together with scrap as their attention is turned towards other parts of the ongoing world war.
I've tried to make the case Wardens are kobolds, since cobalt is blue and kobolds lift together and are natural enemies of the stupid greedy clumsy uncoordinated goblin. My second project is calling the colonials gooseberries. ('cos they green), to counteract the blueberry propaganda. The agiprop machine never sleeps.
Colonial soldier here. I just love the community and the fun that you have well dealing with the Wardens. And most hate among players right now is more clan related. And not faction related. Like 82DK one of the oldest and biggest gets hate becaus well. They are old and huge. But also very open to new players. And run massive operations. So hate among factions is small. But hate among clans is massive right now.
my main problem with the big clan hate that happens sometimes is that some of the most memorable moments of foxhole wouldn't exist without their politics & ops
I logged on for 4 wars last year, and I primarily worked Logi for Wardens, every time I logged on and started scrapping, I would have other Wardens drive up and execute me, sometimes several times as every time I was killed by my own teammates, I would try to move to a different scrap field, only for the same, or different crew roll up on me and execute me again. Having this happen several dozen times in a week has lead me to stop playing the game for the last year, and very much contributes to my hesitance in getting back into the game, because I've been killed more times by my "allies" than the enemy.
That's so strange! I've never had this happen to me even before I was a content creator. Was it a component field? Sorry that happened to you. If you ever come back feel free to DM me and I can get you set up with some nice people in game and always make sure to report those players that are team killing you. Devs have been a lot better recently at banning those players that are causing those issues. Sorry again this happened to you and thanks for sharing!
pretty good analysis. just to give some examples of how the asymmetric tech works: wardens have scout tanks which are super cheap, moderately armoured at best and are pretty much only there to catch colonial infantry pushes off guard (or to do some partisan work) meanwhile the colonials have a grenade launcher, a light machine gun and a faster gun emplacement so wardens get equipment that can last much longer, colonials get more immediately effective tools. alternatively, wardens get a half track that can shoot 17 explosive rockets in a short burst, causing enemy infrastructure to catch on fire. colonials get an emplaced piece of rocket artilery which can only shoot 8 of those rockets but can shoot much MUCH further (400 meters) making it better to soften up enemy bases before an assault.
Robert is right, you can choose whatever faction you want. Be a maurauding, murdering, invading ugly goblin, or a peace loving, homeland defending, charming and good looking blue man. It is entirely up to you! :D
I was there, with the Knights of Nevish. We landed way behind the front, it was a mess. PT boats locked down our supply, all we could do was hold out with what we brought over, it was doomed from the start. And yet it remains the most fun I ever had playing Foxhole. I haven't in a while, much to my shame, but overtime comes at you fast and goes by slow. But to those filthy stinking Wardens: good fight, thanks a million, maybe we'll share a pint when this is all over eh?
Back in the old days when I was like a tourist that swaps between the factions each war, I didn't really want to commit to a side. It was when they first introduced BTs (you had to mine for tech parts to obtain the blueprint to even build a BT), I was a colonial simply mining for tech parts hoping to get a BT of my own. After sometime I managed to have enough, but on my way back I got ambushed by a warden partisan, he killed me and took all my stuff. I get why he did what he did, but all of my hard work, gone in that one instance. After that incident I've been playing Colonials since and I've never looked back.
As a new player who picked colonials a couple of months ago I think that there is no good or bad so for anything. Whether it be lore or technology. With the lore I believe the colonials have a bad past and the wardens have a bad present so each side is neutral.
Nice! Might go on sale in the next week or two if that helps at all! Also feel free to join my discord and DM me any questions you have about the game or if you need help learning anything!
❤ I switch sides every new war, but- Personally I've got to go with the "wardens" as their weapons focus more on Accuracy and as someone who is currently playing as a "colonial" I've had some embarrassing gun fights using thier weapons as they focus more on fire rate. I mean fire rate does have its place in certain situations but none of that really matters if you can't hit the target anyways. 😅 I know the weapon stats are only different by a hair on both sides. But for some reason I have way more satisfying gunfights / victories when playing as a "warden" then a "colonial." If your like me and enjoy playing as a simple infantry-man getting into gubfights then your better off playing as a "warden." But if you want a challenge you can always join the "colonials." This is all the opinion of someone who only plays every now and again so i wouldn't take whatever I say as law. it could also all mean nothing and I just so happen to be better as a "warden" by luck 😅 Either way whatever faction you choose just do whatever entertains you the most and you'll make it to the end of the war. ❤
Every war? Nice! I think I tend to lean more towards the Warden side as well. Might be biased because my first 500 hours were Warden ha. I appreciate you sharing your opinion and thoughts on this! Thanks!
@@RobertLovesGames I joined roughly in war 111 so not every war unfortunately 😅 but I like to switch sides because I see how baised people get (or worse toxic) staying in one faction the whole game and I want to try and experience the best of either faction. While I am having a tough time as the colonials right now, it doesn't mean I won't play as them again after the next war. Though I am missing having easier access to Warden weapons right now...😅
Simple, Choose a Faction with Fewer players than the Other Faction, what good is choosing a side when you are stuck in a queue :) . And based on our Experience both factions experience a drop of players in certain wars. So you can fully enjoy that Faction Experience without being stuck in a queue and fighting resources with your Own Team 🙃
Ha! Good call! Shorter ques are always a win in my book! And I agree it's great for both sides to have equal number of players. I sometimes wish we had a generally idea how many players were on each side each war. But I know that kind of information could cause issues. Thanks for your thoughts on this!
I joined the Wardens, because of their looks, and that I stand on the side of small independent nation defending themselves against being swallowed and subdued by aggressive, imperialistic entity.
I picked Collies just because green is my favorite color... no regerts. But, I've played a couple wars/shards as a Wardie and still had fun (once RP-ed as a conscripted POW and did just mining on the backline for the Wardens)
All you need to know is that the other side eats babies.
lol! I almost thought about adding this point but didn't want RUclips to flag me for something strange.

@@elysiumg4laxy Imma gonna say like this:
Foxhole is a game you play in either one or 2 modes.
You play to experience the Battles, or you play to experience the War.
If you just wanna get into the battles, have a great (GREAT) time, and find some friends, then its not worth the full pricetag (Well, i think it is Worth it, concidering its a third of the price for a cheap AAA game, but you might not want to pay that ammount, and thats fine)
If you want to experience the War, lets call that Advanced Mode, its Totaly worth the money, but also requires the dedication to have an impact on the war.
Do wait on a sale, and do try it out.
We got ships now :)

All true facts! I can smell the Colonials through my computer!

I was playing Colonial for my very first time playing Foxhole, this was an interaction between me and a Warden.
Me: "How does it feel to be an asshole!?"
Warden: "Pretty damn good!"
Me: "Yea, I got drafted yesterday..."
Warden: "Well you're gonna die today!"

I quit playing a few years ago, but if I ever come back to the game, I'm going to change things up and strictly play Warden.
lol sounds like a good plan! Thanks for sharing that!
That a big change there
I taught about 8 new players yesterday. I teach them whatever they want to learn; logistics, combat, engineering, trenches and bunkers, artillery, facilities, vehicle crewing, you name it I teach it. Probably have taught about 100+ players in the past 2 years.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this :D
Yeah that is very accurate... Nothing is co ordianted it's just turn up work out whats going on and deal with it.
Which somewhat benefits smaller clans like one or many more groups with tanks and hopefully another with couple of artillery.
And a bunch of random idiots making up infantry. just a collection of proffessional idiots who all agree that one should kill warden.
Collie front lines are organized by the dude who has the craziest idea at the time.
Great resume of the lore for new players
The estimates range from 200-800 years
I first picked warden during war 106 watching some friends stream it over discord.
Fun facts:
Both factions allow men and women to serve in the military, both in game, and in the lore.
Is my lore memory fading away or isn’t it “Veli” and not Veil? Just making sure I’m remembering correctly
@@infinitekarma4949 It is indeed Veli.
Ive been saying this for so long but the game is SO inspired by the punic wars holy sh
Exactly! Well said! I really like that line and may have to steal it for a video in the future :D
See that is where some of the fun can be as well! Not being the last hex to fall. It's like its own little battle while losing lol.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this! Appreciate it!
Reminder, Treat new players like you would've liked to be treated when you first started, regardless of which side they picked first.
We were all new at one point.
Exactly! Well said!
my first experience with the game i had someone who was rping a drill sergent. Some other new player and I (it was christmas so they were like 10 of us) was following this guy on the camp as he explained us how things work in the game. Then he decided that he will guide us to the battlefield. Unfortunatly he was the first to die wich lead to a lot of panic in the squad. It was my first experience in this game and one of my best
fair....but still, don't leave your truck unattended around them....
My first inter faction conversation went like this
Me: “Sigh, one day and I’m already dying”
Warden scum: “Haha! I killed a green dude! *gets shot* oh no a green dude killed me”
Me: “first day?”
Warden scum: “yea”
Me: “me too!”
Warden scum: “yay! A friend!”
Warden medic: “he’s not your friend”
Warden scum: “why not”
Warden medic: “he’s green”
Me: “but I want a friend”
Warden medic: *shoots me*
Warden scum: “NOOO YOU KILLED MY FRIEND”
Ha! That's awesome to hear! Sounds like a good experience. Thanks for sharing that!
As a proud Warden player, i would note that i love both the snowy mountains and the green pastures, and thats okay!
Because we wont have any trouble liberating those pastures
lol I love it!
No matter what faction you choose, expect lots of chaos
For sure!
when i got foxhole on Christmas, i got into the game the second it finished downloading.
Regarding terrain advantages (disclosure - I'm neutral but generally Warden):
Wardens: There are significant chokepoints that exist within the world terrain modelling that do not exist in colonial hexes (I'm thinking of most of Callahan's Pass, Marban & Viper) which allows for smaller populations to survive much longer than they would otherwise.
Robert is easily one of the best foxhole creators. He taught me much about this game so much thanks to you robert.
Thank you so much for the kind words! Appreciate it! o7
You deserve it man! Sorry for not being able to get you to a medic early in gibbet, friendlies sometimes aren’t so friendly😂
FOR CALLAHAN!!
Also missed a great opportunity to talk about the morale on the warden side with warden weekends! HERESY.
For Callahan!! I talked about that in My morale video I just posted a couple of weeks ago! But you are right I should have had a short blurb on it when talking about culture. My bad!

"Both sides claim to be the more new friendly side..." Damn, even recruitment propaganda?
Oh yes! There is a ton of propaganda outside of the game as well ha
like you wouldn't belief it XD we even have posters, slogans and recruitment campaigns XD
wardens are more defensive type gameplay and oriented to more expensive and powerfull vehicles/equipment, while colonials are all about offensive gameplay and cheap equipment
though sadly, looking at the current balance... it seems colonial vics became both, cheap and more powerfull.
@@augiz261 really takes a special type of chad energy for the Wardens to be able to beat the Collies so regularly despite all that
Lore wise, this is somewhat true.
You see, the wardens are Kunnin but Brutal, whilst the colonials are Brutal but Kunnin
lol I don't think I get it :D
its a reference to the 40k Or gods Gork and Mork.
One is more brutal, the other focuses more on tactics, but both like to fight.

Deez Gits just want a gud krumpin’
Pick warden. Lose war. Eat baby. Close game.
Ha! A simple life.
wait no like this actually seems like peak life to me
and i dont even own a copy of the game
imagine adding another faction , that would change the dynamic of the game. they would need to add a bit bigger map though
That would be nuts! Anvil Empires is going to have 3 factions. Historically though in other games normally the 3rd faction is constantly getting stomped by the other two factions so I'm not quite sure how that will play out.
Tbh I always wanted to see a cool yellow colored desert faction
The Hanged Men faction. It's a canon lore group made up of deserters of the other two factions.
It would be nice to have a special war where they are involved.
Third faction would be the equivalent of the Vanu Sovereignty. A buncha wierdos with strange technology.

Thank you! I use to play games like Frostpunk all the time. Then I found Foxhole and the logistics side and have never went back ha
As someone who has only around fifty or so hours in the game (seems like more than it is to a new player), this is a great guide, and is very well written.
Thank you! I really appreciate the kind words! o7
Foxhole's asymmetry is great but yeah the balance pendulum always sways. I agree with Robert that you should try both factions but those interested in the technical strengths here is a vet's breakdown:
Colonials have better grenades, mobility, and infantry support.
That's why we learn from the failures and try better next time :D
Thanks for sharing that!
But overall if you are casual or just starting out then yes do you like green or blue? ha
Thanks for sharing your perspective on this!
Green vs blue, exactly why I picked the wardens even though I think collie equipment looks cooler, I like blue. I think I might try collies next war, this is my first one

FINALLY, there's no videos on this topic on RUclips, props for doing this video, good work!
Thanks! Exactly why I made it :D the faction question comes up so often!
In terms of play style I generally describe it as this to new players:
Warden: Mostly favors a strong defense with slower and more expensive vehicles that are normally quite tanky or if not that then its about kiting the colonials.
LOL, everybody playing warden made mass assault pretty impossible.

Good video.
I like the Frostpunk city image for the Wardens, very fun
lol thanks! Wardens remind me a lot of Frostpunk! Use to play that game and others like it a lot before Foxhole :D
I really like a lot of stuff from both of the factions and I'm SUPER torn apart on which to choose. Thank you Robert for helping me to make my choice and to the guys in comments who talk about the lore who made me more assured that I've picked a side that I really want!

Cool point about faction loyalism - It's why I'm a Colonial, as I always like playing for the underdog team (based on their wins)
I think faction loyalism is an amazing aspect about the game and something that can make players enjoy the game that much more once they find the right faction.

ive never played foxhole but i can speak for enjoying the losing side of a war more than being on the winning team, theres something special about knowing you will lose the war/battle and switching into the mindset of "HOLD THE LINE NO MATTER THE COST"
@@RobertLovesGames For sure, great video though!

With my limited time on the front, I have noticed that the wardens have way way more high ranked players than the collonials do. I am only a Captain, but ive been on several fronts where i was the highest rank in the whole region. While, every time i killed a warden, they were a Col/Brig/Gen. A bit disheartening
really depends on time and location of the front, can assure it happens on other side pretty often as well
It can be but rank does not mean anything in my opinion. I'm a Col and when I'm on the front I'm a complete potato. I wouldn't take the ranks to seriously and just make sure you are having fun :D
yeah those are usually clan men they get high ranks cause the rest of their clan commends them
Brother, i learned about this game existance like 5 hours ago, i fell in love with it right away and now im craving to play it, hoping to get my hands on it in a few days.
Now with that said, i can see the "competitive" aspect on which some could base their faction decision... for me tho, Wardens looks like Europa and thats enough to fight for them to death!!!
That's great to hear! Feel free to DM me on discord if you have any questions about the game or if you need help learning how to play! And I will be Warden next war :D That was my first choice when I first started playing as well!

lol no one ever does :D
So I''ve mostly just played Collonial (Warden once I think, but my buddies always pick collie first), but as a logi player who hates driving but enjoys doing bigger container ship runs, one potential terrain advantage that makes me incredibly jealous is just looking at the beautifully straight and convenient rivers that the north side has. Evenly spaced shipyards and rivers that don't meander all over the damned place. Much of the southern rivers are borderline unusable due to how they triple the journey time, which forces me to work nearer the seas.
Awesome video! I joined warden because they were the underdog.
Thank you! And that's awesome to hear! Have you stayed Warden then after that?
best Foxhole memory. i'm a Warden loyalist and generally make solo plays.
0:18 Fastest way to get me to join a game lmao. The “culture”.
lol!
I would love to see a game like this themed and flavoured around Heavy Gear's War for Terra Nova.
That would be awesome! Or 40k!
Wardens choose the Desolate North to match their Cold Dead Hearts!
lol true! As someone who use to be a Warden main I feel that.
Babe wake up. Robert dropped a new video
lol! :D
Thank you! I respect the loyalism and am glad to hear that you know you might be biased :D

TBH the asymetry helps keep things interesting.

I fell for the Warden propaganda.

Sorry again this happened to you and thanks for sharing!
pretty good analysis.
just to give some examples of how the asymmetric tech works:
wardens have scout tanks which are super cheap, moderately armoured at best and are pretty much only there to catch colonial infantry pushes off guard (or to do some partisan work)
meanwhile the colonials have a grenade launcher, a light machine gun and a faster gun emplacement
so wardens get equipment that can last much longer, colonials get more immediately effective tools.
alternatively, wardens get a half track that can shoot 17 explosive rockets in a short burst, causing enemy infrastructure to catch on fire.
colonials get an emplaced piece of rocket artilery which can only shoot 8 of those rockets but can shoot much MUCH further (400 meters) making it better to soften up enemy bases before an assault.
Robert is right, you can choose whatever faction you want. Be a maurauding, murdering, invading ugly goblin, or a peace loving, homeland defending, charming and good looking blue man. It is entirely up to you! :D
lol! Love it!
WE TRIBE GOOD - THEY TRIBE BAD
lol you get it!
That's a good look on it! Thanks for sharing that!

❤ I switch sides every new war, but-
Personally I've got to go with the "wardens" as their weapons focus more on Accuracy and as someone who is currently playing as a "colonial" I've had some embarrassing gun fights using thier weapons as they focus more on fire rate.
I mean fire rate does have its place in certain situations but none of that really matters if you can't hit the target anyways. 😅
I know the weapon stats are only different by a hair on both sides. But for some reason I have way more satisfying gunfights / victories when playing as a "warden" then a "colonial."
If your like me and enjoy playing as a simple infantry-man getting into gubfights then your better off playing as a "warden."
But if you want a challenge you can always join the "colonials."
This is all the opinion of someone who only plays every now and again so i wouldn't take whatever I say as law.
it could also all mean nothing and I just so happen to be better as a "warden" by luck 😅
Either way whatever faction you choose just do whatever entertains you the most and you'll make it to the end of the war. ❤
Every war?
Though I am missing having easier access to Warden weapons right now...😅
Tribalism? I serve the Winter Legion!
Praise Callahan!!
Simple, Choose a Faction with Fewer players than the Other Faction,
what good is choosing a side when you are stuck in a queue :) . And based on our Experience both factions experience a drop of players in certain wars. So you can fully enjoy that Faction Experience without being stuck in a queue and fighting resources with your Own Team 🙃
And It is Great for Both Sides to have an Equal Number of Players 😇
Ha! Good call! Shorter ques are always a win in my book! And I agree it's great for both sides to have equal number of players. I sometimes wish we had a generally idea how many players were on each side each war. But I know that kind of information could cause issues.
Thanks for your thoughts on this!
I love the asymmetrical style it’s so goated
Same. I don't think I would like Foxhole as much if we all had the same guns.
I joined the Wardens, because of their looks, and that I stand on the side of small independent nation defending themselves against being swallowed and subdued by aggressive, imperialistic entity.
I love it! Thanks for sharing that!
i REALLY like both the factions I love the mix-match between the American-British uniforms and the German-French uniforms it's cool
Nice! That's awesome to hear! I think I prefer the Warden uniform because it's blue :D
Colonials have so much OP early game weapons
Bomba!!! lol
Just found this game gonna get it at Christmas cant wait. till then gonna sub
Sounds good! Feel free to DM me on discord if you have any questions!
I think you did quite a lovely job at staying neutral in the video!
That said, Kill Colonial. Save Caoiva. Praise Callahan. Simple as
Lol thank you! And I love the proper faction loyalist talk! Praise Callahan!
I picked Collies just because green is my favorite color... no regerts. But, I've played a couple wars/shards as a Wardie and still had fun (once RP-ed as a conscripted POW and did just mining on the backline for the Wardens)
Ha! I love it! Glad you have played on both sides! I think that's an important thing to do!
Finch is blue
Me is blue

I respect it! Glad to be playing with you on the blue side!
