Very well done! Most hotel check in videos are mostly just typing on a computer. Going over the paper brochures is so good and adds so much. The paper sounds, tracing and relaxing voice describing and the gift bag and items is great! . Springbok an older ASMR artists did great check in videos like this one. I haven't seen one this good since hers years ago. Thank you.

I’m from Oahu and lived on Kauai for 16 years. Great video, though I have to say that the west side of Kauai has one of the longest and most beautiful beaches in Hawaii, located at the Polihale state park, which is a few miles from Waimea canyon, there’s also other beaches that are readily accessible right off the highway.
Here’s a tip if you’re planning on hiking at Kalalau trails, pay attention to how heavy it is raining up on the mountains and not so much if it’s raining on the beach. Hanakapiai stream which runs through Kalalau fills up rapidly and many people have gotten in trouble there. Anyway, much more great things to mention, but don’t want to make this longer than I already did. Mahalo for the great video. 🤙🏼
Wow 16 years is so long! I’m sure there’s so many things I missed but these were the main things I knew about from being there for 8 days in April! I did hear about the river flooding and can be very dangerous:(
20:05 now you're gonna know I didn't finish the video all the way last time but this part made me remember that THE BAGS AT TARGET ARE SPECIFIC TO HAWAII so I have one from a target and one from a grocery store and they were cheap souvenirs and they're SO COOL

11:35 you can get there by hiking, too, right? I was in Oahu in January but was originally going to hike the Kalalau trail in Kauai. Unfortunately, there weren't enough permits by the time I applied 😑. Now it's on my bucket list.
yeeah I think if you hike the Kalalau trail the whole way it leads to the beaches right there. Luckily I was planning this trip months in advance so I was able to get a permit but it really is kind of a pain that you have to get one. It was a fantastic hike and even just the 2 mile in trips

This is REALLY cool! I spent time on Kauai on a few occasions. The vibe there is much more low key than Maui or the other islands, but you'd be hard pressed to find a more beautiful place on earth, seriously.

Just curious, did you think you were going to do an ASMR video while you were there and grab brochures for the purpose, or did you think of it when you got back and use what you had saved from the trip? OR did you have the idea before and take a trip to Kauai so your video would be AUTHENTIC? 😁
I realized mid way through that I should do this video so I saved my brochures :) but damn if I could travel and then do ASMR videos based on the itinerary and even film on location, that would be the coolest thing ever

@@HellsOnEarth thx iv'e been doing good but since that happened iv'e been on meds and getting MRI's every few months (I hate those machines) 🙄 my uncle in Utah called me once I flew back to ca and goes: eh you'll be fine take a nap in there I'm like yea right but yea once back here in California my team drs were like, that's it no more planes for you once your better you can drive places but no more flying so in 2019 I actually drove to Reno for my sister's wedding it was a great drive plus one day I'm hoping to drive route 66 that would be awesome
