Because it gets Dr. Joe over $6000 from Medicare whether you need it or NOT!!! One of my best friends just retired (forced out really) as a teaching physician at an Okla. Medical Skrul at 80 years of age. He tells me his "students" of the last 20 years know far more about finance than medicine. I believe that 1000%. One is my "Primary Care Doctor" and while she's nice, all she does is refer me to OTHER Doctors in the MEGA corporate practice she's in. She can't/won't lance a common boil! I ended up going to an 83 Year-old Non Medicare out-of-area Doctor using an assumed name and PAYING cash to have it done!! In 12 minutes the old Lady cleaned it out of my butt, wrote me a script for a super-antibiotic to fill at the Indian Pharmacy for cash-followed up the next week!
