This is a good video! I’m African American we don’t normally eat swallow but I have learned how to make it from my Nigerian friends it’s so tasty! But I was thinking maybe it can be done with orange sweet potatoes too like we usually have in US, or maybe even a sweet version could be made with pecans and sugar topping like we make I don’t know I just try and think of ways to make fusion food🤷🏾‍♂️
