I finally got these in after almost a month wait for shipping with Amazon. I tried to put them on but i quit because i felt like I was going to break the mirror caps as they didnt want to budge. I used the pry tool to slip in that spot and try and work that clip and nothing. I was waiting for the cap to just crack in half.

@@teejaylc I gave it another go and finally got them. Used a few pry tools around and funny thing both sides they didnt fly off and I had to pull off the rest way once it popped and the driver side the whole bottom part came with it all 1 piece. I just pulled till it popped and man I was expecting to see plastic and hear small bits hit stuff as it broke but no broken parts

@@teejaylc looks much better than the stock. No more chrome and how dim the factory one was.
The only thing you may need to do is cover the hole inside the mirror part with black tape as the lights now flash through the gap.
Not exactly sure what your referring to. I haven't noticed anything
Might notice more at night but as the amber lights are much brighter now the small gap from the mirror let's through the orange light
