Thank you bro you a master . I have learnt a lot
Happy to help
I like your home made hook to lift out/in the shafts :)
A good family friend made it for me he used to build a lot of the old rto9513
Muy. Bueno
Thanks for the nice job
Thanks for the comment and thanks for watching!
For those LL transmissions I would always put in both counters without bearings, and then flop in the mainshaft.
It gives plenty of clearance around that big low gear and it's not hard to pop in the countershaft bearings after the fact.
What’s the part number for the shift fork bushing driver?
at 14:17 you fitted the flange , Isnt there a rotary shaft seal to go inside that flange to stop oil leaking past the input shaft ?
No sir the input shaft has reverse spirals cut into the shaft that when the engine is running pulls the oil back into the case. There is however a shipping seal located there from the factory it is not needed during a repair or replacement of the input shaft. The shipping seal does nothing but keep oil from leaking past the input shaft when the transmission is in the vertical position during storage.
@@etrtruckcenterenginedrivet8918 Thankyou Sir :)
