    These 'Brazilian Jewels' are well named - like tiny, glittering sapphires! Anyone involved in keeping spiders - or considering taking up the hobby - needs to subscribe to and study this superbly presented, highly educational channel.
    Dave and team are clearly accomplished experts in the field. But their videos always have a light touch, sharing invaluable tips and knowledge with smiles and enthusiasm - and never a hint of arrogance, or of patronising their viewers.
    'DAVE'S LITTLE BEASTIES' are the best!
    PS Love your wall sign Dave - "Don't take life too seriously - Nobody gets out alive anyway". So very true! X

    I have pretty bad arachnophobia but these little guys are... oddly very cute! I like tarantulas more than regular small house spiders. The bigger they are the less scary for me. With of course the exception of a few of them, like the Brazilian banana spider, that's one scary critter.

    • @reptiletailz108
      @reptiletailz108 Год назад

      This was what it was for me to it was mainly just the little ones that can disappear and it's never been the bite or venom I was afraid of idk honestly but the bigger ones while i had never seen one kinda freaked me out however i didn't really even things shit them until i got into reptiles and lizards and started seeing them at my local reptile shop it's a nice family reptile store one of only a handful on long island New York and they are very knowledgeable and have a pretty nice lil selection of ts some adults but mostly slings

    Beautiful! I was wondering if you could clear something up for me as the expert of bio active enclosures. I've attempted to collect bark from the woods for my T's enclosures but after a week or two it starts to get fluffy 😅 if that makes sense. I don't know how to prevent this from happening or if it could be harmful for my T's?
    TIA xx

    • @daveslittlebeasties
      @daveslittlebeasties  3 года назад +3

      That will be mould growing on it where it gets damp if you clean it off it will normally stop it reappearing ,the best thing is to dry the bark out totally first 👍it shouldn't bother your spider it just looks unsightly.
