RG leotards are super expensive, especially larger sized ones so ones that size probably cost $700+ each. Not to mention they can get ripped easily

well, nile is already an olympic medalist in male gymnastics. while there are differences between the male and female gymnastics, they do have intensive training, coordination and muscle strenght. if any regular person tried that, the results would be much much worse.

Hey Nile, because of you I've just recently started Gymnastics as a 19-year-old female. I have just recovered after spending two months in a spinal collar, after an injury that dislocated my C1 Vertebra. I was told I should never do Taekwondo again which hit me hard. Because I've been watching you for so many years and seen how inspirational you are, I decided to give Gymnastics a go and it was one of the best choices I've made. I have only just started, I cant even cartwheel yet but I am so determined to get better and better and hopefully, one day do half as many flips and tricks that you can. It was so tiring but it's a three hour lesson once a week and I am so pumped to start my journey. My goal right now is to build a stronger version of myself in every way. Looking forward to those three hours a week keeps my head up and eventually will help me keep my body strong too. You are the inspiration behind my transformation from a spinal injury I wasn't sure I'd ever heal from to a healthy, fit and fun future me. Train Smart, Keep It Real.

Rhythmic gymnastics isn't offered where I live, but I do have my own ribbon and clubs. The first time I threw the clubs, I misjudged how heavy they were and one landed on my lower cheek. I had braces at the time. Luckily I never broke anything, but I did slice my cheek up on the inside. Even if it's not offered, finding your own space to try body difficulties and apparatus difficulties is a great way to build up coordination and strength.
