I've always thought Cirque performers were so impressive. But seeing a world class athlete like Nile fail all over trying to do some basics really shows how farking bonkers the Cirque people are.
To be fair, I think Nile could easily become a Cirque performer, he's already got world-class strength and extremely good body awareness. The rest is just technique of the discipline he chooses, and I'm sure that he could learn enough technique to be a Cirque performer pretty quickly. He's already got such a solid base that building on it wouldn't be too difficult for him. But yes, circus performers are insanely talented and hardworking people.
Nile have a little bit of problem with all his injuries that cost him his career, i think he must be somewhat careful with practicing another very hard form. But he look so happy :( He can easily become a calithenic fitness model, I thinks
I love Tom!! I am constantly impressed with what he can do with his body and how he teaches. If I was younger, in better shape, and lived in England, I would want to learn gymnastics from Tom. Since, I'm old, fat and American, I think I'll have to settle with traveling to Niles Wilson's gymnastics after the pandemic is over for an autograph.
Came here to say the same, the amount of body control just blows my mind each time. But he is absolutely adorable with his kid and really funny too. Lovely guy all around!
@NCT lover_ BLM Massachusetts, but I love London, especially all the parks in the city and, of course, Kew Gardens. I can actually feel my blood pressure drop when I walk through the gates. I was in London for 5 weeks in 2019 and purposely stayed within walking distance so I could go to Kew every day. Can't wait to go back once the pandemic is over.
Holy crap. I could watch Tom do that strap roll all day. It's so smooth and graceful, but you know its all power. Also, Nile in the makeup is great. The wig just sells it.
Emily and Nile playing coy is super cute. I imagine eventually they'll be open about their relationship, but this little game of pretend is good fun in the meantime.
really happy you started doing straps, please keep doing more. as someone, who was a gymnast and now in the best circus school in America as a straps major, this is really enjoyable to watch! straps only gets harder from here.. its pretty great
Love to see you guys trying the circus arts! I hope you try aerial silks soon! I think you will enjoy them! They do pinch and squeeze a bit like straps, but imo it's less painful, and 10x more fun. :)
This is my favourite video of yours, I couldn’t stop smiling! I am rather new to practicing circus arts but I’ve fallen in love so far and it’s great to see gymnasts do a circus crossover.
I love watching others try doing these types of things. Especially the skills with other(trios, pairs, quads, etc..) THE best video I've seen all quarantine!! More people need to see professional athletes try circus so they realize how difficult it is! And Nile used my favorite quote from A Bug's Life, so definitely bonus points there!! 😁 More Emily in your videos, please!
I know it might not be as exciting to some people or it won't get as many views but I would really be interested in seeing a training vlog, you've come so far since your injury and it would be nice to see how far you've progressed and how you're training for the Olympics now
Hey Nile! Young European female here :) I just want to say and share some things (positive ones don't worry xb). First off (very cliché I know), I want to thank you for what you do here with this channel! It has especially helped me, but not in the way you might think... I'll try to be concise and all, but I really wanted to put this message out there because I feel like I wish someone would've told me that earlier on. So... When I was younger, I used to love gymnastics! I did train at some point, but stopped because of the stress of competing (at a very small level but still) and did some more at school in high school (rings, floor and bars). I realise now, when watching your videos, that I wish I could go back to it, but most likely won't ever be able to. Like you (not for the same reason nor extent), I had a big operation two years ago at 19: spinal fusion of almost all of my back (with screws and bars in my vertebraes) because of the scoliosis I had since I was a child that was getting significantly worse. From then on, that meant that I probably wouldn't ever again be able to do gymnastics because of the high risk of damaging either my back or my prosthesis. And that's where your videos helped me a lot recently, more specifically to be ok with and accept the fact that I will not go back to that. At first, I felt sad and angry at myself for not continuing when I was younger, but I realise now that it's ok, and that I'll always have things to look up to, like my other big passion in life that is art (I'm by the way currently studying in a art school for 3 years which is so exciting). And that's when your videos came in "handy", if I can put like that: seeing you enjoying your sport and continuing through pain and all helped me to remind me of all the other things that I'm still able to do, even if this meant gymnastics wouldn't be a part of it. I've now came to terms with this, and even if it saddens me from time to time, seeing your happiness and passion and determination helped me find back mine too. And that's why I want to thank you with the bottom of my heart for your videos, because they remind me of all the beautiful things that I, and that we all, still have in our lives. So thank you again for that, and thank you also for showing us the less beautiful and pleasant things that come with gymnastics, it will always remind me that there's hope no matter what. Have a great day and stay such an incredible beam of light and strength through life, I promise you your shine doesn't go unnoticed. Love from Belgium. ♥️

Hey man, this is the 1st times i ever commented on a youtube video and i have to say hands down i love all your videos. The energy that you bring and that its full of positivity and laughter is perfect!
Really like Emily she’s so cute and seems to be a really nice person! Btw, wish Nile all the best in the rehab of the shoulder, you can do it, just give yourself a bit more time!!
Nile! Find an FSM (frequency specific microcurrent) practitioner for your shoulder-lots of stuff to help with nerve and disc issues and can really get your shoulder going. And it’s non invasive. If you have money, I’m sure Carol McMakin would work on you (she’s the big name/instructor in the field-worked on NFL players before, etc). Tell her Claudia from Merritt Health and Wellness sent you!
Nile i would like to see more footage of your training tbh not saying i don't wanna see these videos i found them hilarious most of the time but the reason led me to subscribe this channel was actually the more raw content. Can you do that please :)
This video made my day so much better 😍, I am studying a lot for a crazy big exam and it made cry with laughter, most of all seeing Nile dressed up and totally unrecognizable due to the make up 😂😂😂😂
