TheLouisianamite "50cc 40mm make more power than 110 motor"🤣. Why don't you show us an example ? You're being kind of negative for a dude that doesn't even have a motorized bicycle 🤦.
My (the smaller) $45 pipe with the smaller ID header was made much better. Better welds, welded together even & not super heavy......My $75 Nasty Jack was much heavier, poorly made, large seams, horrible welds, the belly sections & header pipes were welded together all crooked....The only thing it had going for it was a larger ID header pipe. The header pipe looks similar in dimensions to the well made $200 RMH Copperhead pipe. But the Nasty Jack has a larger ID stinger. If the Nasty Jack had a stinger ID the same ID as the Copperhead. I'm guessing it'd work better. When I can get to a 240V AC outlet I was gonna cut my Nasty Jack pipe open, re-weld it straight, remove the large seams & some weight & weld on smaller ID stinger. So it won't be complete loss/waste of $75. I'm pretty sure Nasty Jack on a 47mm-50mm engine will give you a bit more top speed at the expense of low end, due to the slightly larger header ID & the $45 pipe has more low end at the expense of top end. If I still had a garage, 240V outlet, tools & energy I'd weld together a few expansions pipes similar to RMH pipes & see if i could sell them. The RMH TIG welded pipes have some nice welds on them.
What? Engine? 110cc kit. None of these kits are measured in usa standard cc ratings. Chiness 50cc kits are 45cc in usa size. Chinese 80cc kits are 66cc in usa size. 100cc kits like yd100 is actually 74cc and 110cc kits are 85cc in usa measurements.
